The present disclosure relates to a touch display panel and a display apparatus. The touch display panel includes a touch region and a switching region, where the touch region provided with a light-emitting structure is adjacent to the switching region. The touch display panel includes: a substrate, a trace where at least part of the trace is located in the switching region on the substrate, a touch signal line, located at a side of the trace away from the substrate, and a touch connection line, electrically connected with the touch signal line and disposed in a different layer from the trace and the touch signal line. In a direction perpendicular to the substrate, the touch connection line is overlapped with at least partial edge of the trace. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, large-area short-circuiting on the display panel can be avoided.

The pixel circuit includes a light-emitting element, a drive circuit, an energy storage circuit, a switch control circuit, a first initialization circuit, and a compensation control circuit. The present disclosure relates to a method for manufacturing a touch display panel. The method includes providing a substrate film layer; forming a display functional film layer on the substrate film layer; forming an encapsulation film layer on a side of the display functional film layer away from the substrate film layer; forming a touch functional film layer on a side of the encapsulation film layer away from the display functional film layer; and after the touch functional film layer is formed, removing all film layers which include at least the substrate film layer and are located at opening areas to form through holes.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method of processing a surface of a polysilicon and a method of processing a surface of a substrate assembly. The method of processing a surface of a polysilicon includes forming a material film on the surface of the polysilicon; and processing, by using a chemico-mechanical polishing technology, the surface of the polysilicon on which the material film is formed. The material film is selected such that the polysilicon is preferentially removed in a polishing process.
