The present invention discloses a connector and a connector assembly. The connector comprises a housing, a connection assembly, a safety cover and a high-voltage interlock. During mating the connector with the mating connector, when the connection assembly is not fastened, the connection assembly is in a position of interference with the safety cover to prevent the safety cover from being moved from an initial position to a safety position. The safety cover and the high-voltage interlock are slidably connected. When the safety cover is moved to the initial position, the high-voltage interlock is moved to a disconnected position, and when the safety cover is moved to the safety position, the high-voltage interlock is moved to a connected position. The high-voltage interlock is separated from the mating high-voltage interlock before the terminal is electrically connected with the mating terminal, improving use safety of the connector.

Connector and connector assembly

A connector includes a housing having a mounting port, a connection assembly installed in the mounting port of the housing and adapted to fasten a terminal of the connector to a mating terminal of a mating connector, the connection assembly has a first operation part exposed from the housing and the connection assembly is capable of being fastened or loosened by operating the first operation part, and a safety cover slidably mounted on the housing. The first operation part is in a position of interference with the safety cover to prevent the safety cover from being moved to a safety position when the connection assembly is not fastened.

A connection assembly, a connector and a connector assembly are disclosed. The connection assembly is used to connect a high-voltage cable and comprises: a threaded fastener for fixedly connecting the high-voltage cable to a mating connection part, the threaded fastener comprising an insulation member; and a conductive plug connected with the insulation member to allow the threaded fastener to be tightened or loosened by rotating the conductive plug. In the present invention, the conductive plug arranged in the mounting hole of the conductive housing can realize the electromagnetic shielding function, and the elastic sealing sleeve sleeved on the conductive plug seals the gap between the conductive plug and the inner wall of the mounting hole and can realize the waterproof function. The insulation member serves to electrically isolate the threaded connecting member from the high voltage cable.

Connection assembly, connector, and connector assembly

A connector and a connector assembly are disclosed. The connector has a housing adapted to be inserted into a mating housing of a mating connector; an elastic latch provided on an outer wall of the housing and having a locking part for locking the mating housing and an unlocking part for unlocking the locking part; and a connection position safety mounted on the outer wall of the housing and adapted to be moved between a safety position to prevent the elastic latch from being unlocked and a pre locking position to allow the elastic latch to be unlocked. When the locking part is locked to the mating housing and the connection position safety is in the pre locking position, the unlocking part is hidden inside the connection position safety, so that human finger cannot contact the unlocking part. Therefore, the present invention can effectively prevent the elastic latch from being accidentally unlocked and improve the use safety of the connector.

The present invention discloses a connector and a connector assembly. The connector has an outer housing and an inner housing detachably mounted in the outer housing for holding a terminal in the outer housing. The connector is adapted to be mounted on corresponding electrical equipment and mate with a corresponding mating connector. A first mating feature adapted to mate with the corresponding electrical equipment and a second mating feature adapted to mate with the corresponding mating connector are formed on the inner housing. In the present invention, when it is necessary to change the identification feature on the connector, only the inner housing or a part of the inner housing of the connector needs to be replaced without replacing the whole outer housing. Therefore, the cost is low and the use is very convenient.

The present invention discloses a connector and a connector assembly. The connector assembly has a first connector having a first housing and a second connector adapted to mate with the first connector and comprising a second housing. The first housing is adapted to be partially inserted into the second housing along an axial direction of the second housing, and an elastic latch for locking the second housing is formed on the first housing; a latch safety is installed on the second housing and movable along a circumferential direction of the second housing between a safety position to prevent the elastic latch from being unlocked and a pre-locking position to allow the elastic latch to be unlocked, a pushing part is formed on the first housing and adapted to push the latch safety to the pre-locking position at which the first housing is allowed to be inserted into the second housing. Therefore, in the present invention, before mating the first connector and the second connector, the operator does not need to check whether the latch safety has been reset to the pre-locking position. Thus, the mating operation of the first and second connectors is very simple and safe.

The present invention discloses a connector and a connector assembly. The connector has a housing and a terminal position holder detachably mounted on an end of the housing. A mating feature adapted to mate with a corresponding mating connector is formed on the terminal position holder, so that the connector is adapted to mate with the corresponding mating connector. In the present invention, when it is necessary to change the identification feature on the connector, only the terminal position holder needs to be replaced without replacing the whole housing. Therefore, the cost is low and the use is very convenient.

The present invention discloses a connector and a connector assembly. The connector has a housing and a latch safety. The latch safety is slidably mounted on the housing and adapted to move between a safety position to prevent the mating connector from being unlocked and a pre-locking position to allow the mating connector to be unlocked. A guide slot is formed on an outer wall of the connector and surrounded by a first end wall and a second end wall spaced from each other in a circumferential direction of the housing and two side walls spaced from each other in an axial direction of the housing. The latch safety has a sliding plate slidably installed in the guide slot, and the sliding plate has a first end and a second end spaced from each other in the circumferential direction and a front and rear sides spaced from each other in the axial direction. When the latch safety is moved to the safety position along the guide slot, the end face of the first end of the sliding plate abuts against the first end wall of the guide slot, so that a human finger cannot contact the end face of the first end of the sliding plate. Therefore, the risk of accidental reset of the latch safety due to misoperation can be avoided, and the use safety is improved.

Connector housing

An electrical connection terminal and an electrical connection assembly are disclosed. The electrical connection terminal has a base, and a plurality of tabs connected to the base. The plurality of tabs are separated from each other, and each of the plurality of tabs is adapted to mate with a mating terminal in a plug-in manner. In the present invention, the electrical connection terminal adopts a plurality of parallel tabs, so the length of the electrical connection terminal and the current flow path through the electrical connection terminal are reduced. Therefore, the electrical connection terminal of the present invention has low body resistance, less heating and is more suitable for high current applications.

Electrical connection terminal and electrical connection assembly

The present application provides a high-voltage connector and an electromagnetic shielding shell for the high-voltage connector, the electromagnetic shielding shell has an integrated barrel-shaped structure formed by a deep drawing process, and integrated barrel-shaped structure includes a barrel wall and a barrel bottom that are connected to each other. By providing an integrated barrel-shaped structure formed by the deep drawing process, the entire electromagnetic shielding shell does not have structural slits, thereby improving the current passing capacity and electromagnetic shielding performance, and there is no overlap of multiple sheet metal materials in the structure of the electromagnetic shielding shell, and can increase the thickness of the electromagnetic shielding shell under the same conditions, and it can also make the structure thickness of the electromagnetic shielding shell have better uniformity, avoid the situation of thick local structure, and the space occupied by the electromagnetic shielding shell in the high-voltage connector is reduced and materials are saved, which can reduce the material cost and manufacturing cost of the product.

High-voltage connector and electromagnetic shielding shell for high-voltage connector

The present application provides a high-voltage connector and an electromagnetic shielding shell for a high-voltage connector, the electromagnetic shielding shell has a main body; a connecting body; and a plurality of elastic arms, arranged at intervals between the main body and the connecting body; an end of each of the elastic arms is connected to the main body, and the other end of each of the elastic arms is connected to the connecting body, each of the elastic arms is provided with a protrusion protruding in a radial direction, and the protrusion is configured for electrically contacting a shielding member of a mating connector. The electromagnetic shielding shell has the elastic arms arranged between the main body of the electromagnetic shielding shell and the connecting body, so that both ends of the elastic arms are connected with the electromagnetic shielding shell itself, and when the shielding current flows through the protrusions of the elastic arms, the shielding current can communicate to the main body and the connecting body respectively through two ends of each elastic arm, so that the shielding current does not fold back geometrically, and the shielding current path is smooth, which is beneficial to reduce the loop resistance of the electromagnetic shielding shell and improve the electromagnetic shielding effect.

The present invention discloses an electrical receptacle terminal, comprising a contact portion being in electrical connection with a male terminal and a connecting portion being in electrical connection with an electrical cable, wherein the contact portion comprises: an housing having a bottom wall, a right wall, a left wall and a top wall; and an elastic contact member located in the housing and connected to the top wall of the housing through a suspension member. According to the present invention, the elastic contact member is suspended on the top wall of the housing through a suspension member. Since the suspension member that is connected to the elastic contact member itself exhibits certain flexibility, the elastic contact member and the male terminal inserted into the elastic contact member can do slight motion along with the suspension member in the front-rear direction. Thus, there is no relative slight motion between the elastic contact member and the male terminal inserted into the elastic contact member.

Electrical receptacle terminal

The present invention relates to a field of electric connector, and in particular, to a structure for a terminal in an electric connector. In one preferred embodiment, a structure for a terminal in an electric connector is provided. The structure comprises: a terminal fixation part; a terminal elastic part; and an overstress prevention element. The terminal elastic part is extended from the terminal fixation part, wherein the terminal elastic part enables elastic deformation relative to the terminal fixation part and is configured to bend toward the terminal fixation part upon application of an external force. The overstress prevention element is provided between the terminal fixation part and the terminal elastic part, and is adapted for restricting overbending of the terminal elastic part. Furthermore, the present invention provides an electric connector incorporating the structure for the terminal therein. According to the present invention, the structure for a terminal in an electric connector realizes an overstress preventing performance. Furthermore, the structure for the terminal in the electric connector is compact in structure, has high efficiency in material utilization and low cost, and enables precise control of the stress on the structure for the terminal.
