Disclosed in the present invention is a polyether polyol refining method, comprising (1) neutralising or diluting crude polyether polyol to obtain a mixed solution; (2) flowing the mixed solution through a hydrophilic medium to aggregate same into a first density phase liquid and a second density phase liquid, the first density phase liquid being an aqueous solution containing alkaline metal ions and/or alkaline earth metal ions, and the second density phase liquid being polyether polyol; and (3) allowing the first density phase liquid to settle and separating same from the second density phase liquid to obtain refined polyether polyol. In the present refining method, using the hydrophilic medium for one-step removal of the alkaline ions and water in the polyether polyol simplifies the treatment steps, increases treatment efficiency, and can prevent polyether polyol loss; the obtained polyether polyol has low alkaline ion content and little odour. Also disclosed in the present invention is a polyether polyol refining apparatus, comprising a mixing unit and a separating unit, and being capable of refining polyether polyol with low alkaline ion content and little odour.

Polyether polyol refining method and refining apparatus

A reaction apparatus, comprising: a reaction kettle; a circulation loop, comprising a circulation pipeline and a circulator pump provided on the circulation pipeline, a discharging end of the circulator pump being communicated with the top of the reaction kettle by means of a circulation valve and a charging end of the circulator pump being communicated with the bottom of the reaction kettle by means of a block valve; a feeding loop, comprising a feeding pipeline and a bypass pipeline, the feeding pipeline being provided between the block valve and the circulator pump and being communicated with the circulation pipeline, the bypass pipeline being provided with a control valve, and one end of the bypass pipeline being communicated with the discharging end of the circulator pump and the other end thereof being communicated with the bottom of the reaction kettle; and a discharging loop, comprising a discharging pipeline provided between the circulator pump and the circulation valve and communicated with the circulation pipeline, the discharging pipeline being provided with a discharging valve.

Reaction apparatus

Application of a Mannich base in a flame-retardant polyurethane material is provided. The Mannich base has a structure represented by a formula (I). In the Mannich base, flame-retardant groups, i.e., halogens are introduced at the second, fourth and sixth positions of a phenyl group, and flame-retardant elements, i.e., halogens and nitrogen are introduced into synthesized polyether polyol, giving the synthesized polyether polyol good flame retardance. The amount of active hydrogen in the Mannich base is small so that occurrence of side reactions during the synthesis of the polyether polyol is reduced, and the viscosity of the flame-retardant polyether polyol is lowered. Due to autocatalytic performance of tertiary amido in the flame-retardant polyether polyol, use of a catalyst can be reduced and even avoided during the synthesis. A preparation method of the Mannich base is also provided.

Application of Mannich base in flame-retardant polyurethane material

A flame-retardant polyether polyol is provided, including a Mannich base and an epoxide. The epoxide is selected from ethylene oxide, propylene oxide and butylene oxide. The Mannich base has a structure represented by a formula (I). In the Mannich base, flame-retardant groups, i.e., halogens are introduced at the second, fourth and sixth positions of a phenyl group, and flame-retardant elements, i.e., halogens and nitrogen are introduced into synthesized polyether polyol. The amount of active hydrogen in the Mannich base is small so that side reactions during synthesis of the polyether polyol are reduced, and the viscosity of the polyether polyol is lowered. A flame-retardant polyurethane material is also provided, synthesized from raw materials comprising the above-mentioned flame-retardant polyether polyol and an isocyanate. Flame-retardant polyether polyol as well as preparation method and application thereof

A composition capable of substituting the use of styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer POP, comprising polyether polyol A having a hydroxyl value of 100-1000 mgKOH/g and a functionality of 4-8, and a polymer polyol having a hydroxyl value of 12-100 mgKOH/g, a functionality of 2-4, and a solid content of 4-45%, the branches thereof not containing polystyrene units. The polyurethane foam produced using the present composition to substitute the use of traditional styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer POP avoids the problem of styrene volatilisation due to the absence of styrene, and the produced polyurethane foam also maintains equivalent or even superior physical properties compared to the polyurethane foam made from styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer POP in the prior art; thus, the present compound is fully capable of substituting traditional styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer POP for the production of environmentally friendly, high rebound, and block-shaped soft polyurethane foam materials.

Composition capable of substituting use of styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer POP

A preparation method of a powdery polycarboxylate superplasticizer is provided, including: mixing a superplasticizer monomer with water to produce a mixture, heating and melting the mixture to produce a melt system; carrying out a bulk polymerization reaction by adding an initiator, a chain transfer agent and an unsaturated carboxylic acid into the melt system, forming a polycarboxylate superplasticizer precursor; and neutralizing and pulverizing the polycarboxylate superplasticizer precursor to produce a powdery polycarboxylate superplasticizer. Water is added in the bulk polymerization and reacts with the superplasticizer monomer and the unsaturated carboxylic acid. While the bulk polymerization reaction is guaranteed to be efficiently carried out and the solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer is formed, the viscosity of a bulk polymerization reaction system is reduced. The superplasticizer is suitable for dry-mixed mortar, high-efficiency concrete and other products.
