A micro- and nano-hot embossing method for an optical glass lens array, including: preparing a mold with a micro-hole array by micro EDM, where the micro-hole array matches an optical glass lens array and the mold is made of a hard metal material which is conductive and meets strength and temperature requirements; preparing a nano nitride-based graded composite coating on a surface of the mold by magnetron sputtering; and pre-fabricating a glass preform and then placing the glass preform on the surface of the mold; heating the glass preform and hot embossing by a glass molding machine in vacuum; cooling in nitrogen atmosphere; and demolding to produce the optical glass lens array. The micro- and nano-hot embossing method of the present invention improves the surface quality of the optical glass lens array and reduces the cost and difficulty for manufacturing.

Micro- and nano-hot embossing method for optical glass lens arrays

Disclosed is a coating made of an organic material on a mold for glass molding. The coating comprises CrWN, where 0.15&#x3c;x&#x3c;0.4, and 0.2&#x2264;y&#x2264;0.45. The coating has excellent high temperature resistance and anti-adhesion properties, thus being a promising coating material for molds.

Coating on mold for glass molding and a preparation method and applications thereof

Disclosed are coatings made of inorganic materials on molds for glass molding, particularly, a graded coating of element diffusion inhibition and adhesion resistance on molds for glass molding. The graded coating includes a Cr adhesion layer which is bonded with a substrate, a CrN intermediate layer and a CrWNsurface layer, where 0.15&#x3c;x&#x3c;0.4, and 0.2&#x2264;y&#x3c;0.45. The graded coating has excellent crack growth suppression and adhesion resistance.

Graded coating of element diffusion inhibition and adhesion resistance on mold for glass molding

The application provides a plaster casting mold fabrication method for a complicated structure aluminum alloy casting with a large inner cavity and a thin wall, in which, a wax pattern is cleaned with a mixture; closed blind cavity and large plane unbeneficial to plaster mold-filling of the wax pattern are used to exhaust air by using vent holes and waterproof-breathable membranes in cooperation with each other; under pressure difference, plaster powder and mixed aqueous solution are vertically splashed and mixed in a mixing tank to reduce dust discharge; asynchronous mixing and grouting can be realized by left and right mixing tanks in an upper tank of a vacuum tank. The present application can effectively remove the surface parting agent, increase the wettability of the plaster paste and the wax pattern surface, and improve the surface finish of the casting mold.

Plaster casting mold fabrication method for a complicated structure aluminum alloy casting with a large inner cavity and a thin wall

A method for vacuum smelting and variable pressure solidification forming aluminum alloy piece with ultra-thin wall and high gas tightness is provided, in which an induction heating furnace is set in a vacuum tank, a quartz crucible with thickness of 5&#x2dc;8 mm is used; a preheated aluminum alloy ingot is placed in the crucible, side doors of the tank is closed, and a vacuuming processing is performed for the tank; the melt is filled from the bottom layer of the casting; when the melt reaches to the top, the main valve and the air-release valve are turned on until the inside and outside pressures are consistent, and then the casting is taken out. The requirement of high air tightness for vacuum tank is reduced, and aluminum alloy casting with high quality can be obtained at lower cost.

Method for vacuum smelting and variable pressure solidification forming aluminum alloy piece with ultra-thin wall and high gas tightness

A multi-position parallel pressurized casting device for large aluminum alloy castings and method thereof are provided. The device includes a platform, a top surface of the platform is a working surface, and a bottom of the platform is provided with a holding furnace. A number of the holding furnace is two or more, and each holding furnace is connected to a liquid filling port corresponding to the working surface by a separate lift device, and the holding furnaces can achieve independent liquid level pressure control or synchronization liquid level pressure control in any combination by a lift control system; and a cover body is also provided on the working surface, the cover body and the working surface form a sealed working chamber. A vacuum-pumping system and an inert gas replacement system for the working chamber and/or the holding furnace are further provided.
