This application discloses a wireless communication method, apparatus, and system, to ensure service quality of terminal communication in a non-standalone (NSA) networking architecture. The wireless communication method includes starting, by a terminal, radio resource control (RRC) connection establishment with a new radio (NR) cell based on an indication of a network device, and starting a timer based on a quantity of RRC connection establishment failures of the NR cell. The timer is set to a first duration. Within the first duration, when the network device indicates to the terminal to report measurement results of the NR cell and another cell, the terminal only reports the measurement result of the other cell, not the measurement result of the NR cell.

The timing control circuit is configured to: detect a bit error rate of an (M-1)-frame signal in a blanking interval of an M-frame signal; adjust a swing of the (M-1)-frame signal according to a target swing value corresponding to the bit error rate of the (M-1)-frame signal; and select the corresponding insertion loss circuit according to the target swing value corresponding to the bit error rate of the (M-1)-frame signal, wherein M and N are both positive integers, and M is greater than 1 and less than or equal to N. The present application discloses a method for preventing false output of a GOA circuit in a display panel. The method includes providing N clock signals respectively to N GOA units in each of M groups of GOA units cascaded in series. The N clock signals are outputted time-sequentially from a 1st clock signal to a N-th clock signal. The method additionally includes counting a first total number of pulses of the 1st clock signal and a second total number of pulses of the N-th clock signal, comparing each of them to M, and generating a reset signal based on a determination that at least one of the first total number of pulses and the second total number of pulses is smaller than M. The method furthermore includes releasing residual charges of the GOA circuit without outputting any gate-driving signal for a duration of time.

Provided are a timing controller, and a driving method and a display device thereof. The timing controller may include a detection circuit and a control circuit. The detection circuit may detect a symbol error rate of a drive signal transmitted from a control circuit to a source drive circuit, and send the symbol error rate to the control circuit. The control circuit may automatically adjust a voltage swing of the drive signal according to the symbol error rate of the drive signal, and may enable a magnitude of the adjusted voltage swing to negatively correlate with a magnitude of the symbol error rate. Therefore, electromagnetic interference is effectively reduced, and flexibility in reducing electromagnetic interference is improved.
