The OIS controller controls, based on the motion data, a lens of the terminal device to move. The image sensor collects an image sequence. The EIS controller performs, by using movement information of the lens and the motion data, jitter compensation on the image sequence collected by the image sensor, so that stability of an obtained image can be improved.
