An anastomosis protection device is provided, including: a protective sleeve located inside a tubular tissue and positioned correspondingly to the anastomotic stoma; at least one fixing assembly, wherein the fixing assembly comprises at least one first fixing member and at least one second fixing member, wherein the first fixing member is provided on an outer wall of the tubular tissue, the second fixing member is provided on an inner surface of the protective sleeve and positioned correspondingly to the first fixing member, and the first fixing member and the second fixing member being relatively fixed by means of magnetic attraction. The device provides an extension and retraction space for the tissue.

Anastomosis protection device

A firing mechanism and a circular stapler are provided. The firing mechanism includes a staple pushing assembly, which includes an actuating rod provided with a stopping groove; a firing handle, wherein a pin post is provided in the firing handle, a first end of the pin post is capable of protruding from a first end of the firing handle and entering the stopping groove, to stop the firing handle from rotating relative to the actuating rod; and a pressing button capable of moving along a first direction to press the first end of the pin post to move towards a second end of the firing handle. Before the stapler reaches a ready-to-fire state, the pin post is inserted in the stopping groove of the actuating rod, to limit the rotation of the firing handle, therefore the operator cannot press the firing handle to fire the stapler.

Firing mechanism and stapler

The present disclosure provides a closure driving mechanism and a medical stapler including the same. The closure driving mechanism includes a driving part and a cylinder body, the driving part is connected with a closure pulling sheet of the stapler, and a cavity provided with a one-way valve is formed inside the cylinder body. When the driving part moves toward a distal side of the stapler, a volume of the cavity is decreased, the one-way valve is closed, and the driving part drives the closure pulling sheet to move distally, so as to open a head assembly of the stapler. Since the driving part is subjected to a resistance of compressed air in the cavity, a movement speed of the driving part is decreased, and the head assembly is opened slowly to prevent a force of opening the head assembly being too large to damage surrounding tissues.

Closure driving mechanism and medical stapler including the same

The present invention discloses a tissue closure device, a tissue closure assembly and a medical instrument. The tissue closure device comprises a base, a pressure plate cooperating with the base, and a staple pushing sheet. The pressure plate is rotatable relatively to the base. The tissue closure device further comprises a staple accommodating portion which is arranged at the distal end of the base and configured to accommodate a closure staple. The staple pushing sheet and the staple accommodating portion are configured to cooperatively drive the closure staple in the staple accommodating portion to deform. In the present invention, a bundled pouch with a gathered center is formed through the tissue closure device, so that risks of stoma fistula arising from subsequent anastomosis through a circular stapler are reduced; and the surgery cost is reduced.
