In the invention, a sludge treatment technology adopting flocculation-horizontal drain board vacuum preloading combining multi-layer sealed geotextile bag is disclosed, which comprises sealed geotextile bags and a geomembrane for sludge grouting and filling. The sealed geotextile bag and the geomembrane have two splicing modes, one is to place a layer of geomembrane inside and close to the inner side of the sealed geomembrane; the other is to wrap and seal the outside of the geotextile with geomembrane. A horizontal drainage system for vacuum drainage is set inside the sealed geotextile bag, with one end of the horizontal drain board being connected to a vacuum drainage pipe, and the drainage pipe passes through the sealed geotextile bag via a flange and is connected to the vacuum pump used for pumping the water in the sealed geotextile bag. Sludge includes engineering waste mud, river sludge and industrial sludge. A horizontal drainage system is added inside the sealed geotextile bag and combining with flocculant for sludge dewatering, and the sealed geotextile bag can be stacked in several layers to form a stacking effect on the lower structure through the self weight of the upper layer, thus making the drainage effect faster and the dewatering efficiency higher.

A method for foundation consolidation combining vacuum preloading and geomembrane bag assembly loading, which comprises: digging a slurry pit, filling mud into the slurry pit and conducting vacuum preloading pumpdrainage for multiple times, laying the geomembrane bag assemblies above the soft slurry seam processed through vacuum preloading pumpdrainage inside the slurry pit to form a plurality of loading layers, and laying the geomembrane bag assemblies by piling geomembrane bags. In view of the engineering complexity and uneven settlement resulting from conventional vacuum preloading using slag loading, geomembrane bag for loading to overcome the adverse effects of slag loading. In the present invention, the drainage system and the geomembrane bag assemblies are laid out to fully leverage their perspective properties, so as to improve the transmission of vacuity in the whole soil mass, speed up the drainage rate, and increase the degree of consolidation.

The present invention discloses a system for consolidating soft clay by combined anode boosting and electro-osmosis, comprising a vacuum preloading system, wherein the vacuum preloading system comprises anode tubes, cathode tubes, a power supply, a boosting device, sealing cloth and a pumping and drainage device; the sealing cloth is covered above soft clay; air vents are formed on side faces of the cathode tubes and the anode tubes; the cathode tubes and the anode tubes are connected to a boosted pumping and drainage pipe above the soft clay through pipelines; the boosted pumping and drainage pipe is configured with the boosting device and the pumping and drainage device; and, the anode tubes and the cathode tubes are connected to an anode and a cathode of the power supply, respectively. The present invention further provides a method for consolidating soft clay by using the system for consolidating soft clay by combined anode boosting and electro-osmosis. In the present invention, after the anode tubes are configured with a boosting device, a gas can be fed into the anode tubes; under the combined action of the high-pressure gas and the anode tubes, water is squeezed to the cathode tubes, so that water can be drained from the soil more thoroughly.

The system and the method for consolidating hydraulic reclamation silt implemented by the system can more thoroughly discharge water in the slurry, so that the soil becomes drier and harder and can be directly used in the landfill of earthwork; moreover, a greater amount of water can be collected.
