This application provides a foldable electronic device and an antenna system for same. The antenna system includes a main antenna element and a parasitic antenna element. The main antenna element includes a feed point and a first radiating branch disposed on a first body of the electronic device. The parasitic antenna element includes a second radiating branch disposed on a second body of the electronic device. In a folded state, the first radiating branch and the second radiating branch are at least partially overlapped. The first radiating branch is configured to perform magnetic field coupling with the second radiating branch, to form current loop radiation on both the first radiating branch and the second radiating branch, and a current direction in a current loop formed on the first radiating branch is the same as a current direction in a current loop formed on the second radiating branch.

Foldable electronic device and antenna system for same

An electronic device includes a reference ground layer, a first radiator, and a second radiator, where the reference ground layer has a first edge, and a second edge and a third edge respectively connected to two ends of the first edge. The first radiator has a first ground point and a first feed point that are disposed at an interval. The second radiator is electrically connected to the first edge of the reference ground layer, or an end section that is of the second edge and that is connected to the first edge, or an end section that is of the third edge and that is connected to the first edge. When a radio frequency signal is fed at the first feed point, a parasitic resonant band generated by the second radiator is lower than the main resonant band generated by the first radiator.

Embodiments of this application provide an electronic device. The electronic device includes an antenna structure, the antenna structure includes a plurality of antenna units, and the plurality of antenna units are electrically connected to a ground. When a feed unit feeds the antenna units, the ground bears a part of a mode current.

An electronic device includes an antenna structure having an antenna radiator, a first circuit, a first feeding element, and a second feeding element. The first circuit comprises feeding input ports configured to input electrical signals of the first feeding element and the second feeding element, and feeding output ports configured to feed processed electrical signals to the antenna radiator. The electrical signal of the first feeding element has a same phase on the feeding input ports. The electrical signal of the second feeding element has opposite phases on the feeding input ports.

Electronic device for MIMO antenna

A single feed antenna design is conducted on a radiator of a specific shape (for example, a strip radiator or a slot radiator) to excite a plurality of antenna modes. For example, performing a feed design on a strip radiator may excite a CM wire antenna mode and a DM wire antenna mode. For another example, performing a feed design on a slot radiator may feed a CM slot antenna mode and a DM slot antenna mode. The antenna design may be used to cover a plurality of frequency bands when an antenna is miniaturized.

An antenna apparatus includes a first side metal frame having a first slot and a first feed point, and a bottom metal frame having a second slot and a second feed point. A first ground point is arranged between the bottom metal frame and a second side metal frame of the electronic device. The antenna structure is operable to simultaneously transceive: a first signal via electric or magnetic current flow through the first antenna element in a symmetrically excited mode in which current flows symmetrically through the first antenna element and/or an asymmetrically excited mode in which current flows asymmetrically through the first antenna element, the first antenna element resonates at a first resonant frequency; and a second signal via electric or magnetic current flow through the second antenna element in a symmetrically excited mode in which current flows symmetrically through the second antenna element and/or an asymmetrically excited mode in which current flows asymmetrically through the second antenna element, the second antenna element resonates at a second resonant frequency.

Dual mode antenna structures

This application provides an antenna assembly. The antenna assembly includes at least a first antenna and a second antenna. The first antenna includes a first feed point and a first radiator connected thereto. The second antenna includes a second feed point and a second radiator connected thereto. There is a gap between the first radiator and the second radiator. An end of the second radiator close to the gap is provided with a first ground wire shared by the first antenna and the second antenna. An end of the second radiator away from the gap is provided with a second ground wire. Because currents excited by the first antenna and the second antenna are orthogonally complementary, crosstalk does not occur between the ground currents of the first antenna and the second antenna.

Feeding matching apparatus of multiband antenna, multiband antenna, and radio communication device

An antenna apparatus and a terminal. The antenna apparatus includes an antenna body and at least one stub. The antenna body includes a first branch used to radiate a high-frequency signal and a second branch used to radiate a low-frequency signal. One end of the stub is connected to a connection point of the second branch, and the other end of the stub is a free end. The connection point is a position with a maximum value of current distribution on the second branch of an electromagnetic wave having a wavelength. The wavelength corresponds to a specified high frequency at which the antenna apparatus works. The length of the stub is determined according to the wavelength corresponding to the specified high frequency.
