Provided is a hydraulic actuator shell and a preparation method. The hydraulic actuator shell comprises a foam metal sandwich composite pipe, a foam metal sandwich flange and a foam metal sandwich end cover; the foam metal sandwich composite pipe is connected with one end of the foam metal sandwich flange, and the foam metal sandwich end cover is connected with the other end of the foam metal sandwich flange; the foam metal sandwich composite pipe comprises a first metal pipe layer, a first foam metal layer and a second metal pipe layer sequentially arranged from inside to outside; and a first bonding interface among the first metal pipe layer, the first foam metal layer and the second metal pipe layer is a metallurgical bonding interface. The hydraulic actuator shell is used for improving compression resistance, corrosion resistance and vibration and noise reduction capabilities of the hydraulic actuator shell.

A method for differential temperature rolling of composite strips based on actions of a friction roller includes steps of: S: preparing a metal strip to be bonded, and performing surface treatment on the metal strip to be bonded; S: frictionally heating the metal strip to be bonded by several sets of friction roller heating devices; measuring a surface temperature of the friction-heated metal strip to be bonded strip by a temperature detector; according to a measured temperature, adjusting a rotation speed of the friction roller in the friction roller heating devices; and S: transporting the heated metal strip to be bonded to a rolling mill for rolling to obtain a metal composite strip. The invention adopts the friction roller heating devices in rolling process of the metal strip to be bonded.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provides a method and device for constructing a multi-dimensional coupled vibration identification model for a roll system of a strip mill, the method comprising: performing preprocessing, signal decomposition, and reconstruction of the multi-dimensional data for the roll system of the strip mill monitored through technical monitoring by multiple sensors during a working process of the strip mill, and performing feature extraction of the reconstructed data using a wavelet packet energy approach; obtaining an initial multi-dimensional coupled vibration feature local identification model for the roll system of the strip mill based on Support Vector Machine (SVM) by using a Gaussian radial basis function as a kernel function of the SVM model; and training the initial multi-dimensional coupled vibration feature local identification model for the roll system of the strip mill using a multi-source heterogeneous information fusion approach based on the feature vector to obtain the multi-dimensional coupled feature identification model for the roll system of the strip mill.

The present disclosure provides a pulse current assisted uncanned rolling method for titanium-TiAl composite plates, including the following specific steps: 1. preparing titanium alloy sheets; 2. preparing TiAl alloy sheets; 3. uncanned lay-up; 4. pulse current assisted hot-rolling; 5. separation and subsequent processing, thus getting the titanium-TiAl composite plates.
