A display substrate includes a base substrate, multiple pixel circuits, multiple first light emitting elements, multiple second light emitting elements, and at least one first signal line extending along the first direction. The base substrate includes a first display area and at least one second display area. The first display area at least partially surrounds the second display area. A first signal line is located in the first display area, and is electrically connected with multiple pixels circuits of the first display area. The first signal line is partitioned into at least two first sub-signal lines by at least one second display area. Adjacent first sub-signal lines of the at least two first sub-signal lines are electrically connected by a first connector line. At least part of line segments of the first connector line are located between the multiple first pixel circuits.

A display panel includes a substrate, an insulating layer, a metal layer, a first transparent conductive layer and a second transparent conductive layer. The insulating layer has at least one via hole in each of a second sub-pixel region and a fourth sub-pixel region. The display area includes a first display area and a second display area; the first light-emitting elements are located in the first display area; the first pixel driving circuits are located in the second display area; the leads are located in the first display area and the peripheral area, and connect the data lines and the at least one group of contact pads; orthographic projections of the first light-emitting elements on a substrate surface of the base substrate are at least partly overlapped with orthographic projections of the leads on the substrate surface of the base substrate.

Provided is a display panel. The display panel includes a first light-emitting element disposed in a first display region, and a first pixel circuit and a compensation capacitor that are disposed in a peripheral region. The first pixel circuit may be coupled to the first light-emitting element by a first connecting wire. A first metal layer in the compensation capacitor may be coupled to a target node, a second metal layer may be coupled to a power supply end, and the target node is a node via which the first connecting wire is coupled to the first pixel circuit.
