The cover assembly is provided with an installation hole, and the installation hole penetrates through the cover assembly along an axial direction of the installation hole; the terminal assembly is installed in the installation hole; the sealing piece is configured to seal the installation hole; the first connected flow channel is arranged in at least one of the terminal assembly and the cover assembly, and the first connected flow channel is configured as follows: when the sealing of the sealing piece is invalid, the first connected flow channel enables the inside and the outside of the housing to be communicated through the installation hole.

The insulation baffle is connected to a side of the cap plate, where the side is close to the main body. The cap assembly comprises a cap plate and a vent piece, the cap plate is connected with the case and positioned at a side of the electrode assembly in the axial direction. The cap plate is provided with a through-hole, and the vent piece covers the through-hole. The cap plate has a first inner surface, the vent piece has a second inner surface, and a distance between the first inner surface and the electrode assembly is larger than a distance between the second inner surface and the electrode assembly.

The present application relates to a top cover assembly and a secondary battery. The top cover assembly includes: a top cover plate including a lead-out hole and an inside surface forming the lead-out hole; an electrode terminal including a cylindrical portion penetrating the lead-out hole and an annular flange, the annular flange extending beyond the inside surface along the lead-out hole; a sealing ring including a barrel portion and a ring portion, surrounding the cylindrical portion by the barrel portion.
