The present disclosure provides a system for MRI. The system may obtain a plurality of auxiliary signals and a plurality of imaging signals collected by applying an MRI pulse sequence simultaneously to a plurality of slice locations of a subject. For each of at least one target slice location of the plurality of slice locations, the system may generate at least one target image of the target slice location based on the plurality of auxiliary signals and the plurality of imaging signals. During the application of the MRI pulse sequence, phase modulation may be applied to at least one of the plurality of slice locations so that the plurality of slice locations have different phases during the readout of at least one of the plurality of imaging signals.

The present disclosure may provide imaging methods, systems and storage media. The imaging methods may include: obtaining first imaging data acquired by an imaging device, wherein the first imaging data includes data corresponding to a plurality of cardiac cycles; and performing image reconstruction on data corresponding to the plurality of cardiac cycles in the first imaging data to acquire one or more cardiac cines. A system for MRI is provided. The system may obtain a plurality of sets of under-sampled k-space data corresponding to a plurality of frames. Each set of under-sampled k-space data may be acquired simultaneously from a plurality of slice locations of a subject in one of the frames using an MRI scanner. The system may reconstruct a plurality of reference slice images based on the sets of under-sampled k-space data of the plurality of frames. Each of the reference slice images may be representative of one of the slice locations in more than one frame of the frames. The system may further reconstruct a plurality of image series based on the sets of under-sampled k-space data and the reference slice images. Each image series may correspond to one of the slice locations and include a plurality of slice images of the corresponding slice location in the plurality of frames.

System and method for magnetic resonance imaging

The present disclosure provides a system for SMS MRI. During each of a plurality of frames, the system may cause an MRI scanner to apply a plurality of PE steps to each of a plurality of slice locations of a subject to acquire echo signals. A phase modulation magnetic field gradient may be applied during each of at least some of the PE steps in the frame. For each frame, the system may reconstruct an aliasing image representative of the slice locations in the frame based on the corresponding echo signals. The system may also generate a plurality of reference slice images based on the aliasing images. The system may further reconstruct at least one slice image based on the aliasing images and the reference slice images. Each of the slice image may be representative of one of the slice locations in one of the frames.

Systems and methods for simultaneous multi-slice magnetic resonance imaging

The present disclosure provides systems and methods for MR T1 mapping. A method may include obtaining at least three images of a subject acquired within an inversion recovery (IR) process, each image of the at least three images being acquired within a cardiac cycle during a breath-hold of the subject; and determining a T1 map of the subject based on the at least three images acquired within the IR process and a trained model.

The present disclosure provides a system for MRI. The system may obtain MRI scan data of a subject by directing an MRI scanner to perform an MRI scan on the subject according to a first gradient waveform. The system may also determine a second gradient waveform based on the first gradient waveform and a gradient waveform determination model. The gradient waveform determination model may have been trained according to a machine learning algorithm. Each may be acquired at one of at least three echo times by an MRI device via scanning a subject. The at least three echo times may define multiple pairs of adjacent echo times. Each of the multiple pairs of adjacent echo times may have a time difference between the adjacent echo times. At least two of the time differences may be different. The method includes determining a target function with an off-resonance frequency as an independent variable. The target function includes a phase deviation term and a sparsity constraint term.

Systems and methods for determining field map

A method for modifying RF pulse infidelity is provided. The method may include obtaining a designed time-domain waveform. The method may also include directing a radio frequency power amplifier (RFPA) of a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanner to generate an output RF pulse based on the designed time-domain waveform. The method may also include measuring an output time-domain waveform of the output RF pulse. The method may also include determining, based on the designed time-domain waveform and the output time-domain waveform, a modified time-domain waveform corresponding to an excitation RF pulse. The method may also include directing the MRI scanner to generate, using a waveform generator and the RFPA and based on the modified time-domain waveform, the excitation RF pulse to excite one or more slices of an object in an MRI scan.

A method and system for reducing Nyquist ghost artifact is provide. The method may include: obtaining a plurality of measured data sets; determining, based on the plurality of measured data sets, in a data space, a plurality of convolution kernels, each convolution kernel relating to all of the plurality of measured data sets; generating, based on the plurality of convolution kernels and the plurality of measured data sets, in the data space, a plurality of synthetic data sets; generating, based on the plurality of synthetic data sets and the plurality of measured data sets, in the data space, a plurality of combined data sets, each combined data set relating to one of the plurality of synthetic data sets and a corresponding measured data set of the plurality of measured data sets; and reconstructing, based on the plurality of combined data sets, an image.
