A HfO-based ferroelectric capacitor and a preparation method therefor, and a HfO-based ferroelectric memory, relating to the technical field of microelectronics. The purpose of enlarging the memory window of the ferroelectric memory is achieved by inserting an AlOintercalation layer having a coefficient of thermal expansion smaller than TiN between a dielectric layer and an upper electrode (TiN) of the ferroelectric capacitor. The HfO-based ferroelectric capacitor comprises a substrate layer, a lower electrode, a dielectric layer, an AlOintercalation layer, an upper electrode and a metal protection layer from bottom to top. The memory window can be increased, information misreading is effectively prevented, and therefore, the reliability of the memory is improved.

A computer-implemented method to limit access to sensitive information by filtering log files. The method includes deploying a first pod on a node of a cloud computing system, where the first pod includes a first container configured to run an application. The method also includes generating a first log file for the first container, where the first log file includes a set of actions performed by the application for a period of time. The method further includes filtering, by a filter, the first log file wherein the filter is configured to remove a type of sensitive data from the first log file. The method includes exporting, in response to the filtering, the first log file to the node. Advantageously, this can prevent various parties from accessing sensitive data that is contained in log files.

Filtering sensitive data in cloud native application logs

The present disclosure provides a method () in a network device. The method () includes: transmitting () Downlink Control Information, DCI, to a terminal device, the DCI containing information from which a TBS index is derivable. The BS index is usable to determine a TBS from a set of TBSs including TBSs usable with Quadrature Phase Shift Keying, QPSK, and TBSs usable with 16-Quadrature Amplitude Modulation, 16-QAM. When the DCI is for a Narrowband Physical Downlink Shared Channel, NPDSCH, the TBSs usable with 16-QAM are determinable by the terminal device based on a deployment mode.

A container is generated to run an application workload in the virtual machine based on a container configuration file in response to the virtual machine starting. The application workload is deployed on the container automatically based on a container image corresponding to the container. The application workload is run on the container automatically in accordance with a definition of the application workload.

Virtual machine management

An approach is provided for securing a secret for usage by an application utilizing a client to retrieve secrets. A request is sent from a client in a workload container within a trusted execution environment (TEE) to retrieve an encrypted secret from an application programming interface (API) server outside the TEE. The request is hooked and sent to the API server by a proxy or a secret proxy plugin within the TEE. The secret is received from the API server by the proxy or secret proxy plugin. An agent within the TEE is called to request a private key. The agent obtains the private key. The secret is decrypted by using the private key. The decrypted secret is returned to the client by the proxy or secret proxy plugin, which ensures that a plain text version of sensitive information in the decrypted secret is not accessible outside the TEE.

A method includes: determining a resource allocation for 16-QAM based communication for the wireless device; and indicating, to the wireless device, a TBS and/or a number of allocated time-domain resources that are associated with the determined resource allocation using a TBS index and a time-domain resource index, wherein the TBS index and the time-domain resource index are determined in accordance with a table for allocating transport blocks and/or number of allocated time-domain resources for the 16-QAM based communication.

A nucleic acid aptamer specifically recognizing soluble ST2 protein and its application, belonging to the field of variation or genetic engineering, are described. The technical problem addressed includes how to specifically detect sST2 protein. In order to address this technical problem, nucleic acid aptamers of single-stranded DNA with nucleotide sequences are shown in SEQ ID No. 1-10, respectively. SELEX technology, combined with high-throughput sequencing technology and bioinformatics analysis, reduces the rounds of screening and obtains candidate nucleic acid aptamers, and further analyzes its affinity and specificity to obtain a nucleic acid aptamer that specifically recognizes sST2 protein. The nucleic acid aptamer has the characteristics of high specificity, high stability, convenient synthesis, and easy labeling of functional groups, and the like, and may be used for the detection of sST2 protein and the preparation of biosensors, diagnosis and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases and other products.
