The present invention relates to an anti-tumor/anti-tumor-associated fibroblast (TAF)/anti-hapten trispecific antibody (TsAb). The anti-hapten domain enables TsAb to arm various hapten-conjugated anti-cancer drugs (nanocarrier drugs, small molecule drugs, protein drugs, and radioactive drugs). The anti-tumor domain enables TsAb-armed drugs to target tumor cells, while the anti-TAF domain enables the TsAb-armed drugs to target TAFs. The present invention allows the simultaneous killing of tumor cells and TAFs by various drugs through arming with TsAb.

Anti-tumor/anti-tumor associated fibroblast/anti-hapten trispecific antibodies and use thereof

The invention provides an isolated antigen polypeptide that can be expressed in a subject with ovarian cancer. Also provided is the diagnosis of ovarian cancer by using the antigen polypeptide of the invention and the prevention and/or treatment of ovarian cancer by suppressing the gene of the antigen polypeptide of the invention.

Method for the diagnosis of the presence of an ovarian cancer

The invention relates to methods of identifying a candidate compound which may inhibit estrogen receptor-dependent transcription or &#x3b1;9-nAChR overexpression and proliferation of nicotine-derived-compound-induced breast cancer cells by using an activating protein 1 (AP1) polypeptide. The invention found that &#x3b1;9-nAChR has an activating protein 1 (AP1)-binding site, that the &#x3b1;9-nAChR promoter is located at the AP1-binding site, and that ERs specifically bind to the &#x3b1;9-nAChR promoter at the AP1-binding site, indicating that ER-induced &#x3b1;9-nAChR up-regulation plays a central role in the response to endogenous (E2) or exogenous (nicotine) stimulation.

The invention relates to antibodies against &#x3b1;-enolase I, their pharmaceutical compositions and diagnosis and treatment uses. The invention found that overexpression and activation of &#x3b1;9-nAChR are associated with tumorigenesis of breast cancer and create a number of small interfering RNAs to inhibit the expression of &#x3b1;9-nAChR so as to inhibit breast cancer. Therefore, the invention provides small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) for inhibiting expression of &#x3b1;9-nAChR so as to inhibit breast cancer, methods to prevent/inhibit/treat malignant progression of nicotine-derived-compound-induced breast cancer and method of determining malignant level of such breast cancer.

The present invention provides a method for the treatment and/or prevention of bacterial infection caused by Enterobacteriaceae bacteria in central nervous system and/or peripheral blood circulation in a mammal by administering effective amount of outer membrane protein A (OmpA) or its derivatives to a mammal. Also provided are a method for vaccinating a mammal to produce an antibody against bacterial infection caused by Enterobacteriaceae family in central nervous system and/or peripheral blood circulation and a method of detecting or diagnosing bacterial infections caused by Enterobacteriaceae family in central nervous system and/or peripheral blood circulation in a mammal.
