A method and system for implementing L3VPN based on a two-dimensional routing protocol. The method includes the following steps of: activating an L3VPN network to obtain a route destined to each user site; sending, by a user in a source user site, a packet to a user in a target user site, and sending the packet to an entry of a first edge routing device; performing encapsulation by the first edge routing device based on a public network IP address of the packet; and forwarding, by means of matching of two-dimensional routing, the encapsulated packet to an exit of the first edge routing device for decapsulation, and forwarding the same to the target user site via an entry of a second edge routing device.

In a subsequent second round conversation between the user and the data processing system involving second task(s) different from the first task(s), the data processing system cognitively identifies second entity(ies) and second intent(s), based on a second input statement received by the data processing system from the user. The data processing system reuses at least one of the first entity(ies) in the second round conversation.

Reusing entities in automated task-based multi-round conversation

A machine-learning component of a conversational user-interface system retrieves records of human question-and-answer sessions from heterogenous sources. A sequence of image-processing operations converts each source into a set of grayscale images. Each image is segmented into disjoint sections as a function of the textures, edges, and contours that make up the image's content. Each section is tagged with a vector of parametric values that identify characteristics of the section's content from which may be inferred semantic meaning. A cognitive function intelligently analyzes the vectors to classify each section as containing a question, an answer to a question, non-textual media, or other types of content. Another cognitive function merges and organizes the sections into question-answer pairs and the vectors associated with each pair are stored in a corpus that is submitted to the self-learning user interface during a machine-learning training session.

A computing system performs file conversion upon format expiration. A computing system evaluates a risk of expiration of a first format associated with a first format object. The computing system determines if the risk of expiration is above a threshold. The computing system identifies in response to determining the risk of expiration is above the threshold, one or more files stored in the first format for conversion. The computing system converts one or more files stored in the first format to a second format. The computing system saves the one or more files in the second format.

A testing device for propagation characteristic of electromagnetic wave in gas insulated switchgear includes an ultrahigh frequency signal generator, a GIS testing chamber, an emitting antenna and a receiving antenna which are provided inside the GIS testing chamber. A detachable disc insulator is provided between the emitting antenna and the receiving antenna. Both terminals of a GIS testing chamber are sealed by polyurethane wave-absorbing sponge; the ultrahigh frequency signal generator is connected with the emitting antenna, and the receiving antenna is connected with a oscilloscope. A guide rod which is fixed by the disc insulator is provided in the GIS testing chamber. The present invention is capable of achieving testing propagation characteristic of partial discharge ultrahigh frequency electromagnetic wave signal of a gas insulated switchgear in a laboratory, so as to master attenuation characteristics of the partial discharge ultrahigh frequency electromagnetic wave signal.

The present invention relates to the technical field of data or file synchronization. In particular, the present invention relates to a method and system for data synchronization using character string matching. Provided are a method, computer program product, and system for data synchronization between a source node and target node. An old copy and a new copy of data to be synchronized is received. A block map is generated according to the difference determined using character string matching between the old copy and the new copy. The block map, which includes the position information of unchanged blocks and the position information and contents of changed blocks, is transmitted to a target node.
