A display device is provided by the present disclosure and includes a display panel, a cover, and a second adhesive. The cover includes an inner substrate, an outer substrate, and a first adhesive disposed between the inner substrate and the outer substrate. The second adhesive is disposed between the display panel and the cover. The display panel includes a flexible substrate and a display layer disposed between the flexible substrate and the cover. The display layer includes a self-emissive display element or a non-self-emissive display element. The flexible substrate includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and a third adhesive disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first substrate is disposed between the third adhesive and the display layer. A distance is between an edge of the first adhesive and an edge of the inner substrate. The distance is greater than zero.

Display device

An electronic device applied to a vehicle includes a cover and an electronic unit attached to the cover. The cover has a curved surface which has a first region with a first Gaussian curvature not equal to zero and a second region with a second Gaussian curvature, wherein the cover is a part of the vehicle, and an absolute value of the first Gaussian curvature is different from an absolute value of the second Gaussian curvature. The electronic unit includes a substrate, a first electronic element, and a second electronic element. The first electronic element is disposed between the first region of the curved surface and the substrate, the second electronic element is disposed between the second region of the curved surface and the substrate, and a projection area of the first electronic element is different from a projection area of the second electronic element.

Electronic device

The present disclosure provides an electronic device including a substrate and a sensing structure. The sensing structure is disposed on the substrate, and includes a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer disposed on the first conductive layer, and an insulating layer disposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. The second conductive layer is at least partially overlapped with the first conductive layer. A thickness of the second conductive layer is greater than a thickness of the first conductive layer.

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a first transistor, a second transistor, a passivation layer, a conductive through hole, an electrode, and a shielding layer. The second substrate overlaps the first substrate. The first transistor is disposed on the first substrate. The second transistor is disposed on the second substrate. The passivation layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The conductive through hole penetrates the passivation layer. The electrode is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and electrically connected to the first transistor through the conductive through hole. The shielding layer is disposed between the first transistor and the second transistor and overlaps the conductive through hole.

The present disclosures provides an electronic device that includes a substrate, a plurality of light emitting units disposed on the substrate, a first conductive layer disposed on the plurality of light emitting units, and an anti-reflection layer disposed on the first conductive layer and overlapped with the plurality of light emitting units. The first conductive layer includes a plurality of first openings. In a top view of the electronic device, at least a portion of the plurality of first openings expose at least a portion of the plurality of light emitting units respectively.

An electronic includes a substrate, at least one driving unit, a first signal line and a second signal line. The substrate has a first side edge extending in a first extension direction and a second side edge extending in a second extension direction. The first side edge and the second side edge are curved in a normal direction of a projection surface of a top surface of the substrate. A curvature of the first side edge is different from a curvature of the second side edge, and the curvatures of the first side edge and the second side edge are not equal to zero. The first signal line and the second signal line are disposed on the substrate. The first signal line is electrically connected to the at least one driving unit, and a curvature of the first signal line is different from a curvature of the second signal line.

The present disclosure provides a display panel and a window. The display panel includes a flexible substrate, a plurality of light-emitting units, a peripheral circuit, and a circuit board. The flexible substrate includes a display region, a peripheral circuit region, and a dummy region. The peripheral circuit region is adjacent to the display region. The dummy region surrounds the peripheral circuit region and forms a gap. The light-emitting units are disposed in the display region. The peripheral circuit is disposed in the peripheral circuit region and used to drive the light-emitting units. The circuit board is electrically connected to the peripheral circuit through the gap.

An electronic device includes a substrate, a plurality of light-emitting units, an encapsulation layer and a plurality of patterns. The plurality of light-emitting units are disposed on the substrate. The encapsulation layer is disposed on the plurality of light-emitting units. The plurality of patterns are disposed on the encapsulation layer, overlap with at least a portion of the plurality of light-emitting units, and overlap with at least a portion of the encapsulation layer. In a top view of the electronic device, a first part of the plurality of patterns and a second part of the plurality of patterns are different in length.

A manufacturing method of an electronic device is provided. The method includes providing a substrate, providing a plurality of signal lines on the substrate, providing a first pad on the substrate, providing a second pad on the substrate, and providing a first electronic component. The first electronic component includes a first electrode. One of the plurality of signal lines is connected to the first pad, and the first electrode of the first electronic component is connected to the first pad. The method further includes removing the first electronic component from the substrate when the first electronic component is dysfunctional, and providing a second electronic component on the substrate and connected to the second pad.

Manufacturing method of an electronic device

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a first insulating layer, a second insulating layer, an adhesive layer, and a functional layer. The first insulating layer has a side surface and at least one recess adjacent to the side surface. The second insulating layer is disposed on the first insulating layer and filled in the at least one recess. The adhesive layer is disposed on the second insulating layer. The functional layer is disposed on the adhesive layer. In addition, in a cross-sectional view of the electronic device, the second insulating layer has a thickness at a first position, and a thickness of the adhesive layer corresponding to the first position is greater than the thickness of the second insulating layer.

A flexible electronic assembly includes a flexible supporting assembly, an electronic component, and a cover layer. The flexible supporting assembly includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. In a plan view of the flexible electronic assembly, the second surface includes a plurality of protrusions and one of the protrusions includes at least one rounded corner. The electronic component is coupled to the first surface of the flexible supporting assembly. The cover layer is coupled to the electronic component.

The disclosure provides a display device which includes a first light-emitting unit, a second light-emitting unit, a first color filter and a second color filter. The first color filter is disposed on the first light-emitting unit, wherein the first color filter is in a color of blue. The second color filter is disposed on the second light-emitting unit, wherein the second color filter and the first color filter are different in color. The first color filter has a first width W1, a first distance D1 is between the first color filter and the first light-emitting unit, the second color filter has a second width W2, and a second distance D2 is between the second color filter and the second light-emitting unit. The first width, the second width, the first distance and the second distance satisfy tan[(W1/2)/D1]>tan[(W2/2)/D2].

The present disclosure provides an electronic device, which comprises a flexible substrate, the flexible substrate comprises a curve region and another region, the curve region is surrounded by another region and has a Gauss curvature not equal to zero, and the flexible substrate has an opening in the curve region, a circuit layer disposed on the flexible substrate, a plurality of electronic units disposed on the flexible substrate and electrically connected to the circuit layer, and an insulating layer, wherein at least a portion of the insulating layer is overlapped with the opening of the flexible substrate.

An electronic device includes a stretchable substrate, a plurality of first electronic units and a plurality of second electronic units. The stretchable substrate has a plurality of island portions and a plurality of bridge portions, and each of the bridge portions connecting at least two of the island portions. The first electronic units are disposed on the island portions. The second electronic units are disposed on the stretchable substrate, each of the second electronic units includes a mesh pattern disposed on at least one of the island portions, and the mesh pattern includes a first opening overlapped with at least one of the first electronic units.

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a substrate, a metal layer, a plurality of diodes, a first transistor, and a second transistor. The metal layer is overlapped with the substrate and includes a plurality of holes. The diodes are disposed on the substrate. The first transistor and the second transistor are disposed on the substrate and electrically connected to one of the diodes, the gate electrodes of the first transistor and the second transistor overlap a same semiconductor, and the one of the diodes overlaps the first transistor and doesn't overlap the second transistor.
