The electronic device includes a first main structure, a second main structure adjacent to the first main structure, a connecting structure connecting the first main structure and the second main structure, a first semiconductor disposed on the first main structure and a first insulating structure disposed between the first semiconductor and the first main structure, wherein the first insulating structure has a first groove.

The disclosure provides a method for manufacturing a display device, including the following steps. A substrate is provided. A pixel circuit is formed on the substrate. A light-emitting unit is formed on the pixel circuit. A touch sensing unit is formed on the light-emitting unit. An insulating layer is formed on the touch sensing unit. An anti-reflection layer is formed on the insulating layer. The method for manufacturing the display device of the embodiment of the disclosure can improve reliability.

Method for manufacturing display device

A flexible display apparatus includes a display module, a metal plate and a sensor. The display module has a flexible area. The metal plate is disposed under the display module, and the metal plate includes a patterned portion overlapped with the flexible area. The sensor has a sensing layer disposed at a first side of the metal plate close to the display module and a sensing driving component electrically connected to the sensing layer and disposed at a second side of the metal plate opposite to the first side.

A light conversion structure is disposed on the flexible substrate. A thickness of the planarized layer is in a range from 0.5 μm to 200 μm. A thickness ratio of the thickness of the planarized layer to a thickness of the flexible substrate is in a range from 0.025 to 20.

An electronic device includes a substrate, a display layer and a structure layer. The display layer includes a plurality of light emitting diodes on the substrate. The structure layer is disposed on the display layer, wherein the structure layer includes a plurality of polymer material protrusions. At least one of the light emitting diodes partially overlaps at least one of the polymer material protrusions in a normal direction of the substrate.

The disclosure provides an electronic device including a frame and a transparent display device. The transparent display device is at least partially disposed in the frame, and includes a display panel and a driving element. The display panel includes a display area, a non-display area, and a plurality of pixels. The non-display area is adjacent to the display area. The plurality of pixels are disposed in the display area. A difference between a transmittance of the display area and a transmittance of the non-display area is less than 30% of the transmittance of the display area. The driving element is electrically connected to the plurality of the pixels, wherein when the transparent display device is moved to a state, the display panel is at least partially exposed outside the frame, and the driving element is hidden inside the frame.
