A touch display device is provided in some embodiments of the present disclosure, including a transparent cover, a patterned touch sensing film layer, a light-shielding layer, and a UV-blocking layer. The patterned touch sensing film layer covers a first surface of the transparent cover. The light-shielding layer is located between the transparent cover and the patterned touch sensing film layer. The UV-blocking layer prevents UV from irradiating the light-shielding layer. The UV-blocking layer is located between the light-shielding layer and the patterned touch sensing film layer and covers the light-shielding layer. A method of forming a touch display device is also provided. The touch display device and formation method thereof provided in some embodiments avoid the injury of the light-shielding layer caused by the laser by disposing of the UV-blocking layer in the single-side electrode structure, which replaces the wet etching steps and decreases the cost of the etching steps.

Touch display device and formation method thereof

A touch panel includes a thin-film substrate, a first conductive layer, and a second conductive layer. The thin-film substrate has a display region and a peripheral region defined thereon, has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, and has a thickness. The first conductive layer is disposed on the first surface and includes a plurality of first traces disposed in the peripheral region. The second conductive layer is disposed on the second surface and includes a plurality of second traces disposed in the peripheral region. The thin-film substrate has at least one groove at an interlaced region between one of the first traces and one of the second traces. The groove is in one of the first surface or the second surface and has a depth. The depth is between about 2.5 &#x3bc;m and about one-half of the thickness.

Touch panel and method of manufacturing the same

An electronic device includes a flexible substrate and a plurality of metal wires. The flexible substrate includes a touch area and a peripheral area. The touch area includes a plurality of first electrodes, a plurality of insulating layers, and a plurality of second silver electrodes. The plurality of first electrodes include a first silver nanowires (SNW) conductive layer and a first conductive thin layer. The first conductive thin layer is located on the first silver nanowires (SNW) conductive layer. The insulating layers are located on the first electrodes. The plurality of second electrodes are located on the insulating layers and include a second silver nanowires (SNW) conductive layer and a second conductive thin layer. The insulating layers are configured to isolate the first electrodes from the second electrodes. The first electrodes, the second electrodes, or a combination thereof are coupled to the metal wires in the peripheral area.

Electronic device

A planar heating structure is disclosed. The planar heating structure includes a glass substrate layer, a nanometallic transparent conductive layer, and a first passivation layer. The nanometallic transparent conductive layer is disposed on the glass substrate layer and receives a voltage to generate heat energy. The first passivation layer is disposed on the nanometallic transparent conductive layer and completely covers the nanometallic transparent conductive layer.

Planar heating structure

A touch panel having a visible area and a peripheral area includes a first substrate, a first metal nanowires layer, a first wiring component, and a first conductive adhesive layer. The first metal nanowires layer is formed on the surface of the first substrate and patterned to include a first sensing part corresponding to the visible area and a first connecting part corresponding to the peripheral area. The first wiring component includes a first carrier plate and a first peripheral trace. The first carrier plate is located corresponding to the peripheral area and has a hollow design corresponding to the visible area. The first peripheral trace is disposed on the surface of the first carrier plate adjacent to the side of the first metal nanowires layer. The first conductive adhesive layer, located corresponding to the peripheral area, is disposed between the first metal nanowires layer and the first wiring component.

A fingerprint identification apparatus includes a cover plate, an optic fingerprint identification device, and an adhesive. The optic fingerprint identification device has a light-transmitting window. The adhesive is disposed between the cover plate and the optic fingerprint identification device, and a projection of the adhesive on the cover plate surrounds a projection of the light-transmitting window on the cover plate.

A fingerprint identification apparatus includes a cover lens, an optically clear adhesive layer, a fingerprint sensitive layer and a stress buffer. The cover lens has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, in which the first surface is a touch surface. The groove is disposed on the second surface and has a top surface and a side surface adjacent to the top surface, in which an angle between the top surface and the side surface is greater than 90&#xb0;. The fingerprint recognition structure is at least partially disposed on the top surface of the groove. The touch sensing structure is disposed on the second surface.

Touch control device

A touch panel comprises a substrate, a first mask structure and a dense structure. The first mask structure is disposed on a surface of the substrate and divides the substrate into a mask area and a visible area disposed adjacent to the mask area. The first mask structure is disposed in the mask area. The dense structure at least masks a surface of the first mask structure farther from the substrate.
