The present application provides the preparation and use of a 3,4-dihydroxyl-N-(1′-benzyl-2′-hydroxyethyl)-2-methyl pyridine chloride. According to the present application, a 3,4-dihydroxyl-N-(1′-benzyl-2′-hydroxyethyl)-2-methyl pyridine chloride is directly synthesized by a one-step reaction, and the compound includes a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 3,4-dihydroxyl-N-(1′-benzyl-2′-hydroxyethyl)-2-methyl pyridine chloride has been proved to have a good antiparkinsonian activity by animal tests, and it is a class of novel antiparkinsonian drug candidates. It can be used in the preparation of drugs for the treatment of a Parkinson's disease, and its structural formula (I) is as follows:

A field wheat stem tillering number extraction method, including: acquiring field wheat point clouds by means of a LiDAR, and extracting any row of wheat point clouds in a research area; projecting a Y axis to a plane, and retaining an X and Z axis; applying adaptive layering to obtain number of clusters of the wheat row; applying hierarchical clustering analysis to obtain tillering number of each wheat cluster; and further obtaining stem tillering number of the whole wheat row, so as to extract a field wheat stem tillering number. The feasibility of an algorithm is verified by comparing the wheat stem tillering number extracted by means of the method with an actually measured field stem tillering number, and the method realizes rapid, accurate and nondestructive extraction of a large-field crop stem tillering number and provides theoretical basis and technical support for extraction of the field wheat stem tillering number.

Method of extracting number of stem and tillering for wheat under field condition

A tile saw comprises a frame, a primary table moveably supported by the frame for supporting a work-piece to be cut, a water tray located under the primary table, a supporting arm mounted on the frame, and a cutting device supported by the supporting arm. The primary table also includes first and second connecting edges and a secondary table which may be removably attached, without the use of tools, to either the first or second connecting edge of the primary table. When the secondary table is attached, the supporting area for the work-piece is increased resulting in increased stability and increased cutting accuracy.
