A ceiling fan motor includes a stator assembly and a rotor. The stator assembly includes an iron core. The rotor is rotatably coupled with the stator assembly and includes a housing, a first positioning member and at least one permanent magnet. The housing includes a lateral wall. The lateral wall is enclosed to form an inner space adapted to receive the iron core. The first positioning member is coupled with the lateral wall. The at least one permanent magnet is positioned by the first positioning member. The first positioning member includes a plurality of air-guiding blades.

Ceiling fan motor

A motor of a ceiling fan includes: a shaft having two shoulder surfaces facing in opposite axial directions of the shaft, with the shaft coupling with a stator; and a bearing sleeve receiving two bearings for supporting the shaft, with an annular flange formed at an end of the bearing sleeve. The annular flange and one of the shoulder surfaces of the shaft clamp and position one of the bearings. A rotor has a housing coupling with the bearing sleeve, with the housing having a connecting portion. The connecting portion and the other one of the shoulder surfaces of the shaft clamp and position the other one of the bearings.

Motor of a ceiling fan

A lamp includes a housing having a solid peripheral wall between an opening and an electrical connector respectively at two ends of the housing, maintaining the appearance integrity of the lamp. A cooling module is fixed in the housing. At least one wind channel is defined between the cooling module and the opening of the housing. A light-emitting element is coupled to the cooling module. A circuit board is fixed in the housing and electrically connected to the electrical connector and the light-emitting element. An air cleaner includes a generator body and at least one emitter. An air passage is defined between an inner face of the solid peripheral wall of the housing, the cooling module and the circuit board. The at least one emitter of the air cleaner is mounted in the air passage, providing enhanced air cleaning effect.

Lamp

A bearing positioning structure for a motor includes an axial tube and a positioning member. The positioning member includes a pressing portion and a coupling portion. The coupling portion of the positioning member is engaged with a coupling section of the axial tube for securely mounting the positioning member to the axial tube, with the pressing portion of the positioning member pressing against a bearing to position the bearing in the axial tube. In another example, the coupling portion of the positioning member engages with a coupling section on a stator.

Bearing positioning structure for motor

A retaining structure for motor elements includes an axial tube and a cap. The cap includes a stop and a coupling portion. At lease one motor element is received in the axial tube. The coupling portion of the cap is engaged with a coupling section of the axial tube for securely mounting the cap to the axial tube, with the stop of the cap covering an end of the axial tube to prevent the motor element from disengaging from the axial tube. In another example, the coupling portion of the cap engages with a coupling section on a stator.

Retaining structure for motor elements

A centrifugal blower includes a housing, an impeller, and a guiding cover. The housing includes a compartment delimited by an annular wall. A radial air inlet is defined in the annular wall and communicated with the compartment. The compartment includes an axial opening. The impeller is rotatably mounted in the compartment and includes a hub and a plurality of blades. The guiding cover is mounted on top edges of the blades and includes an axial air inlet in a central portion thereof. The guiding cover covers the axial opening of the compartment without in contact with the housing. The blades and the guiding cover turn synchronously when the impeller turns. Airflow is driven by the blades and guided by the guiding cover and exits the housing via the radial air outlet.

Centrifugal blower

An impeller for a radial-flow heat dissipating fan includes a hub and a plurality of blades surrounding the hub. The blades are connected to a circumference of the hub to allow joint rotation of the hub and the blades. The impeller includes an air inlet side and a bottom side. Distribution of the blades at the air inlet side of the impeller is sparser than that at the bottom side of the impeller, thereby increasing an air inlet amount.

Impeller for radial-flow heat dissipating fan

A radial-flow heat-dissipating fan includes a casing and a cover mounted to a side of the casing. The casing includes a compartment and a side air outlet, and the cover includes an air inlet. A primary fan wheel is rotatably mounted in the compartment and the primary fan wheel includes a hub and a plurality of radial-flow blades surrounding the hub. An auxiliary fan wheel is mounted in the air inlet of the cover and includes a plurality of axial-flow blades. An airflow transition area is defined between a circumference of the hub of the primary fan wheel, the radial-flow blades, and the axial-flow blades. The axial-flow blades increase axial inlet airflow via the air inlet, with the airflow transition area changing a direction of the axial inlet airflow into centrifugal airflow that is outputted via the side air outlet by the radial-flow blades.

Radial-flow heat-dissipating fan with increased inlet airflow

An impeller for a radial-flow heat dissipating fan includes a hub and a plurality of blades surrounding the hub. The blades are connected to a circumference of the hub to allow joint rotation of the hub and the blades. More than one blade include an air inlet side edge and an air outlet side edge. The air inlet side edge of each of the more than one blade has a radial length smaller than that of the air out side edge, thereby increasing an air inlet amount and smoothly changing incoming axial airflow into centrifugal airflow.
