A composite magnetic material includes a powder and a resin. The powder has a main component containing Fe or Fe and Co. An average minor axis length in primary particles of the powder is 100 nm or less. A point satisfying (X, Y)=(&#x3c3;/A(%), (A-&#x3c3;)) on an XY coordinate plane is present within a region (including a boundary) surrounded by three points &#x3b1;(24.5, 6.7), &#x3b2;(72.0, 1.2), and &#x3b3;(24.5, 1.2), in which an average of aspect ratios in the primary particles of the powder is set to A, and a standard deviation of the aspect ratios in the primary particles of the powder is set to &#x3c3;.

Composite magnetic material, magnetic core, and electronic component

Provided is a soft magnetic alloy including Fe as a main component, in which a slope of an approximate straight line, plotted between cumulative frequencies of 20 to 80% on Fe content in each grid of 80000 grids or more, each of which has 1 nm&#xd7;1 nm&#xd7;1 nm, is &#x2212;0.1 to &#x2212;0.4, provided that Fe content (atom %) of each grid is Y axis, and the cumulative frequencies (%) obtained in descending order of Fe content in each grid is X axis, and an amorphization ratio X is 85% or more.

Soft magnetic alloy and magnetic device

Provided is a soft magnetic alloy including Fe, as a main component, and including C. the soft magnetic alloy includes an Fe composite network phase having Fe-rich grids connected in a continuous measurement range including 80000 grids, each of which size is 1 nm&#xd7;1 nm&#xd7;1 nm. A dust core contains large and small particles of insulated soft magnetic material powder, wherein the large and small particles have a saturation magnetic flux density of 1.4 T or more, and wherein in the soft magnetic material powder observed in a cross section of the dust core, a ratio of an area occupied by large particles to an area occupied by small particles in the cross section is 9:1 to 5:5, when a group of particles having particle size of 3 &#x3bc;m or more and 15 &#x3bc;m or less is defined as the large particles, and group of particles having a particle size of 300 nm or more and 900 nm or less is defined as the small particles.

Dust core and inductor element

A composite magnetic material includes a needle-like powder and a spherical powder. The needle-like powder includes a soft magnetic material and has an average minor-axis length of 100 nm or less and an average aspect ratio of 3.0 or more and 10.0 or less. The spherical powder includes a soft magnetic material and has an average major-axis length of 100 nm or less and an average aspect ratio of less than 3.0.

Composite magnetic material and magnetic core

Provided is a soft magnetic alloy including Fe, as a main component, and including B. A virtual-line average distance that is an average distance of the virtual lines is 6 nm or more and 12 nm or less.
