A method of measuring sensor chip shift comprises the following steps. First, provide a contact image sensor module comprising a plurality of sensor chips arranged in a row on a main board, with each sensor chip having multiple sensors. Next, provide a test chart with a predetermined pattern. Further, enable the multiple sensors of the contact image sensor module to scan the predetermined pattern of the test chart. Moreover, select signal waves sensed by the sensors at the ends of two adjacent sensor chips. Finally, calculate the gap between the sensors at the ends of the two adjacent sensor chips according to the signal waves.

System and method of measuring image sensor chip shift

A structure of an ink-jet printer head of a piezoelectric type comprising a deformable polymer membrane, an actuator and an ink tank is provided. The deformable polymer membrane covers the top opening of the ink tank to enclose the ink tank. The actuator, which is a double-layer piezoelectric ceramic plate, is mounted on the deformable polymer membrane with one end thereof being fixedly connected to the polymer membrane and the other end thereof being free to vibrate. As a double-layer piezoelectric ceramic plate is employed as the actuator, it includes a top and a bottom piezoelectric layers. A predetermined voltage signal is applied selectively across the upper-surface electrode and the lower-surface electrode of the top and bottom piezoelectric layer respectively such that the top piezoelectric layer extends and the bottom layer shortens selectively. The different directions of the deformation of the top and bottom piezoelectric layers, therefore, cause the desired vibration of the free end of the actuator. The vibration action of the deformable membrane causes a perturbation action to the ink inside the tank such that the ink is jetted, through the outlet, towards the outside of the printer head.

Structure of a piezoelectric ink-jet printer head

This invention discloses a paper eject passageway auto-switching device, which is installed in an information processing machine, suitable for automatically switching between two eject passageways for paper sheets from the processing unit. The paper eject passageway auto-switching device includes: a first paper eject passageway and a second eject passageway. The first paper eject passageway has a first guide vane provided with a guide surface capable of guiding paper sheets from the processing unit to move along the first paper eject passageway, and a first outlet portion through which paper sheets leave the information processing machine. The second paper eject passageway has a branched opening having its width smaller than that of the first guide vane, a second guide vane, and a second outlet portion. The second guide vane has a guide surface capable of guiding paper sheets from the branched opening into the second paper eject passageway. Paper sheets leave the information processing machine through the second outlet portion. The branched opening is located on the guide surface of the first guide vane, paper sheets of widths larger than that of the branched opening are guided to enter the first paper eject passageway and paper sheets of widths smaller than that of the branched opening are guided to enter the second paper eject passageway.

Paper eject passageway auto-switching device

A light filter apparatus of an image scanning device is provided. The light filter apparatus is a frame of a spindle-like shape. The frame comprises a connecting sleeve at both ends and a plurality of axial-symmetrical sub-frames each of which accommodates a light filter film. The sub-frame has two inwardly converging ends connected with the connecting sleeves respectively. The sub-frame has a slot for receiving the light filter film.
