A power module of an electric assisted bicycle is disclosed and includes a pedal shaft, a gear-plate-output shaft, a reducer, a motor, a first sensor, a housing, a second sensor and a driving controller. The gear-plate-output, a reducer-output shaft and a reducer-fixed shaft of the reducer are disposed in parallel and sleeved on the pedal shaft concentrically. The motor drives the gear-plate-output shaft to rotate. The first sensor is disposed on the reducer-fixed shaft for sensing a first torque of the reducer-output shaft acting on the reducer-fixed shaft. The reducer-fixed shaft is connected to the housing. A frameset-fastening component protrudes outwardly from the housing, and is configured to fix the power module on the frameset. The second sensor is disposed on the frameset-fastening component for sensing a second torque of the power module acting on the frameset. The driving controller controls the motor in accordance with the second torque and the first torque.

The disclosure relates to a load cell including an elastic element, at least one strain gauge and a limitation element. The elastic element includes a first end portion, a second end portion and a deformation region. The first end portion and the second end portion are arranged along an axial direction and opposed to each other. The deformation region is located between the first end portion and the second end portion. The at least one strain gauge is disposed in the deformation region. When a force is exerted on the first end portion in a first direction, the deformation region is deformed to drive the at least one strain gauge to change shape, so that the force is measured and standardized under a specific range. The limitation element is connected to the elastic element. A gap is formed between the limitation element and the elastic element.

The disclosure relates to a linear actuator including a base, a linear motor, a load cell and a rotary motor. The linear motor is disposed on the base and includes a fixed coil module and a movable magnetic backplane. The fixed coil module is fixed on the base, and the movable magnetic backplane is configured to slide relative to the fixed coil module along a first direction. The rotary motor is rotated around a central axis in parallel with the first direction. The load cell has two opposite sides parallel to the first direction, respectively. The movable magnetic backplane of the linear motor and the rotary motor are connected to the two opposite sides of the load cell, respectively. The load cell is subjected to a force applied thereto by the rotary motor and parallel to the first direction, and configured to convert the force into an electrical signal.

The present disclosure provides a manufacturing method of an aluminum alloy composition. The manufacturing method includes the following steps in the sequence set forth: (S) providing an aluminum master alloy, wherein the aluminum master alloy comprises aluminum and copper; (S) adding chromium to the aluminum master alloy and performing a first melting; (S) adding a tantalum-chromium alloy and performing a second melting; and (S) adding silver and performing a third melting to form the aluminum alloy composition.

Aluminum alloy composition and manufacturing method thereof

The disclosure relates to a load cell for a linear actuator. The load cell configured to measure a force exerted thereon by a rotary motor, and includes a spring element, a hollow portion and at least one strain gauge. The spring element includes a first side and a second side. The first side and the second side are opposite to each other. The hollow portion passes through the spring element. The at least one strain gauge is secured on the spring element and located between the first side and the second side, wherein when the force is exerted on the spring element when the rotary motor is driven to move along the first direction, the second side is moved relative to the first side, the spring element is deformed, and the at least one strain gauge changes shape, so that the force is measured and standardized under a specific range.

Load cell for linear actuator

A speed reducing device includes a motor and a speed reducing mechanism. The motor includes a stator portion, a shaft portion and rotator portion. The rotator portion includes first and second eccentric rings. The speed reducing mechanism includes first, second and third roller assemblies and first and second cycloid disc sets. These roller assemblies include first rollers, second rollers and third rollers. The first cycloid disc set is mounted around the first eccentric ring, and includes first teeth and second teeth. The second cycloid disc set is mounted around the second eccentric ring, and includes third teeth and fourth teeth. The first teeth are contacted with the first rollers. The third teeth are contacted with the second rollers. The second teeth and the fourth teeth are contacted with the third rollers.

Speed reducing device having power source

A cycloid speed reducer includes two rotating disc assemblies. Each rotating disc assembly includes two cycloid discs. In other words, the cycloid speed reducer has four cycloid discs to be contacted with the corresponding rollers. Consequently, the load withstood by each cycloid disc is reduced. Since the cycloid speed reducer has stronger structural strength, the cycloid speed reducer can be applied to the high-load circumstance. Moreover, an eccentric assembly of the eccentric device includes plural eccentric cylinders. The eccentric cylinders are installed within the axle holes of the corresponding cycloid discs. Due to the plural eccentric cylinders, the eccentric direction of two cycloid discs is opposite to the eccentric direction of the other two cycloid discs. Consequently, it is not necessary to install an additional weight compensation device in the cycloid speed reducer to compensate the dynamic equilibrium.
