An apparatus includes a clock skew calibration circuit configured to be coupled to a multi-phase clock generator through a plurality of delay lines, wherein a first clock skew calibration unit comprises a frequency doubler configured to receive a plurality of multi-phase clock signals and generate a clock signal based on the plurality of multi-phase clock signals, a frequency divider configured to receive the clock signal and generate a reduced frequency signal based on the clock signal, and a delay line control circuit configured to compare the duty cycle of the reduced frequency signal with a predetermined duty cycle, and generate a first control signal to adjust the skew of the first multi-phase clock signal through adjusting a first delay applied to the first multi-phase clock signal until a calibrated signal of the first multi-phase clock signal is achieved.

Clock signal skew calibration apparatus and control method

A fastener is adapted for assembling a first housing to a second housing. The first housing is provided with a protruding portion and a buckling portion, and the second housing has a first surface, a second surface, and a through hole. The fastener includes a first portion, at least one connecting portion, at least two elastic portions, and a second portion. The first portion movably abuts against the first surface and has a first opening. The connecting portion is accommodated in the through hole. One end of the connecting portion is connected to the first portion. The connecting portion is spaced apart from an inner edge of the second housing by a gap. The two elastic portions inclinedly extend into the first opening. The second portion movably abuts against the second surface and is disposed at the another end of the connecting portion.

A rollable structure includes an outer and an inner sliding rail. The outer sliding rail includes outer sliding blocks and outer shafts. Each of the outer shafts is fixed between any two adjacent outer sliding blocks. The inner sliding rail is movably clamped in the outer sliding rail and includes inner sliding blocks and inner shafts. Each of the inner shafts is fixed between any two adjacent inner sliding blocks. When axes of the outer shafts are aligned with axes of the inner shafts, the outer sliding blocks can rotate with the outer shafts as axes, and the inner sliding blocks can rotate with the inner shafts as axes. After the inner and the outer sliding rail move relative to each other, the axes of the inner and the outer shafts are misaligned, so that the outer and the inner sliding rail are in a plane.

A phase detecting device, including a phase detector, an inversion logic circuit, a latch and an OR logic circuit, is used for detecting the phase difference between a reference signal and a feedback signal and for outputting a delay control signal. The phase detector generates a detected signal according to the status of the feedback signal captured by the reference signal. The inversion logic circuit inverts the detected signal, and the delay device delays the detected signal. The delayed inverted detected signal is then fed into the latch device to generate a latch signal. As the detected signal and the latch signal are fed into the OR logic circuit, the OR logic circuit feeds the delay control signal into the counter so that the delay circuit can generate different delay time, such as T/4, T/2 or 1T, for meeting different signal-delay requirements.

Phase-detecting device

A clock generating apparatus and method for generating clock signals of different frequency. The clock generating apparatus and method receives and divides a main clock signal to obtain a reference clock signal. Then, the reference clock signal and the first feedback clock signal are phase-locked to obtain the first clock signal. Moreover, the reference clock signal and the second feedback clock signal are phase-locked to obtain the second clock signal. The reset signal and the first clock signal are received by a divider. The divider then outputs the first feedback clock signal. Another divider receives the reset signal and the second clock signal and then outputs the second feedback clock signal.
