A battery mounting apparatus requiring a minimum of screw fixings includes an enclosure, two positioning members, and a supporting mechanism. The enclosure includes a rear wall defining two ventilation openings. A separated board is formed between the two ventilation openings. Each of the two positioning members includes a first latching portion and a first clipping thumb extending from the first latching portion. The first latching portion of each positioning member is engaged with a first edge of the two ventilation openings, in two opposite directions. The supporting mechanism securing a battery module is secured to the two positioning members, preventing the two positioning members from moving parallel to the rear wall, and the battery module is secured to the enclosure via the two latching members and by the supporting mechanism other than with screws.

Mounting apparatus for battery module

A fan assembly includes a mounting bracket, a fan mounted on the mounting bracket and a fixing bracket. The fixing bracket includes two sidewalls mounted on two sides of the fan and a connecting wall mounted on a top of the fan. Two first protrusions are located on each side of the fan; two second protrusions adjacent to the two first protrusions are located on each side of the fan; two first slots are defined in each of the two sidewalls corresponding to the first protrusions; a plurality of second slots are defined in the connecting wall corresponding to the second protrusions; the first protrusions are engaged with the first slots; the second protrusions are engaged with the second slots; and one of the two sidewalls is mounted to the mounting bracket to fix the fan and the fixing bracket on the mounting bracket.

Fan assembly

A mounting apparatus includes a mounting piece and a drive bracket. A first restricting piece is formed on a top side of the mounting piece. A first sliding member is formed on the first restricting piece. The drive bracket includes a side piece which defines a sliding groove. The sliding groove includes a guiding portion and a restricting portion. The drive bracket includes a handle pivotally mounted thereon. The handle includes a locking portion. The locking portion defines a cutout. The handle is rotated between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the cutout is aligned to the guiding portion to receive the first sliding member in the cutout and the guiding portion. In the second position, the sliding member is restricted in the restricting portion by the locking portion to mount the drive bracket on the top side of the mounting piece.

Mounting apparatus for data storage device

A mounting apparatus includes a mounting member and a cage configured for receiving a fan. The cage includes two side plates. Each of the two side plates defines a pair of first locking openings. The mounting member includes a body and two first mounting portions extending from each of two opposite sides of the body. The two first mounting portions engage in the first locking openings of the two side plates to secure the mounting member to the cage, for preventing the fan from moving out of the cage.

An electronic device includes a chassis, a mounting assembly, and an assisting member. The mounting assembly is secured to the chassis and includes a circuit board and a connector secured to the circuit board. The signal module is secured to the chassis and includes a signal card, and the signal card is engaged with the connector. The assisting member is secured to a first end of the mounting assembly and includes an assisting corner. The assisting corner abuts the signal module. The connector is located between the assisting corner and a second end of the mounting assembly, which is opposite to the first end. The second end rotates about the assisting corner, and the connector disengages from the signal card when the second end is rotated about the assisting corner.

A server rack includes a side plate and a tray. A pin is secured on the side plate. A tray includes a sidewall. A slit is defined in the sidewall. A locking member is pivotally mounted on the sidewall. The locking member includes a locking protrusion which is adapted to be slide in the slit to abut the pin. An elastic piece is secured on the sidewall. The locking member is pressed by the elastic piece. The locking member rotates on the sidewall to have the locking protrusion sliding out of the slit and moving away from the pin. The elastic piece is elastically deformed by the locking member when the locking member rotates on the sidewall, rebounds to rotate the locking member backward to have the locking protrusion sliding in the slit and abutting the shaft portion.

A mounting device for securing a cable assembly includes a chassis and a mounting member. The chassis includes a sidewall, and a limiting portion and a positioning portion extending from the sidewall. The mounting member is removably mounted to the chassis and includes a mounting piece and a latching portion. The positioning portion defines a positioning hole. The mounting piece clasps the limiting portion. The latching portion is received in the positioning hole and engaged with the positioning portion. A receiving space is defined between the mounting member and the sidewall for securing the cable assembly therein.

An electronic device includes a chassis and a tray installed in the chassis. The tray includes a base plate which defines an opening. A limiting standoff protrudes from an inner surface of the chassis and extends through the opening of the base plate. A locking module includes a pivotable member pivotally attached to the base plate which rotates about an axis perpendicular to the base plate. When the pivotable member is rotated to a first position, the limiting standoff locks the pivotable member to prevent the tray from sliding out from the chassis. When the pivotable member is rotated to a second position, the limiting standoff unlocks the pivotable member to allow the tray sliding out from the chassis.

The three adapters connect with power supply via three anodes and three cathodes. A connector is located on the second connecting board and configured to output power. The second bus bard includes three input terminals and an output terminal The three input terminals of the first bus bar are electrically connected to the three anodes of the three adapters. The three input terminals of the second bus bar are electrically connected to the three cathodes of the three adapters. The output terminals of the first bus bar and the second bus bar are electrically connected to the second connecting board.
