The present disclosure realizes networked observation on vertical sounding of the radiosonde observation limited area, changes a limited observation condition of radiosonde observation only available at 08:00 and 20:00 every day in the original service system, and acquires complete high spatio-temporal resolution vertical sounding data of the radiosonde observation limited area in daytime.
