A method used for a control circuit for controlling a display panel includes steps of: determining whether there is an input video data received at a predetermined time; outputting an output video data and a clock signal having a first frequency to the display panel when determining that there is an input video data received at the predetermined time; and stopping outputting the output video data but outputting the clock signal having a second frequency to the display panel when determining that there is no input video data received at the predetermined time. Wherein, the second frequency is higher than the first frequency.

Method of controlling display panel with video data transmitted through eDP/DP interface and related control circuit

A driving device, an operation method thereof, and a display apparatus are disclosed. The driving device is configured to drive a display panel. The driving device divides an image frame period into a plurality of sub-frame periods. A target pixel circuit in the display panel corresponds to target pixel data comprising at least one bit. Each bit in the target pixel data corresponds to at least one corresponding sub-frame period among the sub-frame periods. Different bits in the target pixel data correspond to different sub-frame periods among the sub-frame periods. According to a current bit in the target pixel data, the driving device determines whether to light up the target pixel circuit during the at least one corresponding sub-frame period corresponding to the current bit.

Driving device and operation method thereof and display apparatus

A driving device and an operation method thereof are provided. The driving device drives a plurality of light-emitting control lines of an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display panel. The light-emitting control lines are divided into a plurality of groups. The driving device includes a control circuit and a plurality of logic gates. The control circuit generates a global light-emitting control signal and determines a duty cycle of the global light-emitting control signal. Any one of the logic gates determines whether to transmit the global light-emitting control signal to the light-emitting control lines of a corresponding group among the groups. When the global light-emitting control signal is transmitted to a corresponding light-emitting control line among the light-emitting control lines, a pulse of the global light-emitting control signal may light up a plurality of pixels connected to the corresponding light-emitting control line.

Driving device and operation method thereof

A touch display panel includes a top substrate, a bottom substrate, a first pressure sensing electrode, a second pressure sensing electrode and a liquid crystal layer. The top substrate has a color filter layer. The bottom substrate is stacked under the top substrate. The first pressure sensing electrode is disposed on a first surface of the top substrate. The second pressure sensing electrode is disposed on a surface of the bottom substrate. Therein, the first pressure sensing electrode and the second pressure sensing electrode form a pressure sensing capacitor. The liquid crystal layer is disposed between the top substrate and the bottom substrate and disposed between the first pressure sensing electrode and the second pressure sensing electrode.

Touch display panel and fabrication method thereof

A touch panel and a display apparatus are provided. The touch panel includes a substrate, first sensing lines, second sensing lines, first extending portions, second extending portions, and insulation pads. The first sensing lines are disposed on the substrate in parallel with a first direction. The second sensing lines are disposed on the substrate in parallel with a second direction. The first sensing lines intersect the second sensing lines to define meshes. The first extending portions are connected to the first sensing lines and extended toward the meshes. The second extending portions are connected to the second sensing lines and extended toward the meshes. The first extending portions and the second extending portions are distributed next to each other in the meshes. The insulation pads are disposed at where the first sensing lines intersect the second sensing lines to insulate the first sensing lines from the second sensing lines.

Touch panel and display apparatus

A single flexible printed circuit (FPC) board for connecting multiple modules including a thin film is provided. The thin film has a first module connecting portion, a second module connecting portion and a third module connecting portion. The first module connecting portion is located on a first side of the thin film. The second module connecting portion and the third module connecting portion are located on a second side of the thin film. The first side is opposite to the second side. At least one first line is disposed between the first module connecting portion and the second module connecting portion. At least one second line is disposed between the first module connecting portion and the third module connecting portion.
