A multifunctional laser processing apparatus includes a hollow milling shaft, a light path tool holder, a tool-holder-type melting module, a laser light source, and a temperature sensor. The hollow milling shaft includes a first light path channel and a connection portion. The light path tool holder can be connected to the connection portion. The light path tool holder has a second light path channel communicating with the first light path channel. The tool-holder-type melting module can be connected to the connection portion. The tool-holder-type melting module has a third light path channel communicating with the first light path channel. The laser light source is configured to emit a laser light beam toward the first light path channel. The temperature sensor is disposed on an outer surface of the hollow milling shaft and is configured to sense a temperature of a work piece during a multifunctional processing process.

Multifunctional laser processing apparatus

A multifunctional shaft apparatus includes a shaft base, a spindle, a tool holder, an ultrasonic vibration assembly, a laser light source and a mirror assembly. The spindle is disposed in the shaft base. The spindle has a laser channel extending along the spindle. The tool holder is disposed on the spindle. The tool holder has a hollow passage, an inner space and a recessed portion. The hollow passage is communicated with the laser channel. An inner wall of the hollow passage has at least one through hole communicated with the inner space, and the recessed portion is disposed on a bottom surface of the tool holder. The bottom surface has a light outlet. The ultrasonic vibration assembly includes a vibration member disposed in the recessed portion. The mirror assembly is disposed in the tool holder and is configured to reflect the laser light beam generated by the laser light source.

Multifunctional shaft apparatus

The present invention provides an apparatus for manufacturing a dental restoration. The apparatus includes a first laser module, a powder supplying nozzle, a second laser module, a dust cleaning device and an air bearing device for holding the dental restoration. The second laser module includes a plurality of laser sources, and the laser sources disposed circumferentially around the first laser module, in which each laser source is equally spaced apart from one another. The present invention further provides a method for manufacturing the dental restoration, in which the method can be applied to a laser cladding process or a laser milling process.

Apparatus and method for manufacturing dental restoration

A laser-assisted machining device includes a spindle, a beam splitting module and a cutting tool. The spindle has a chamber, and multiple exit holes. The beam splitting module is disposed in the spindle and includes a beam splitter for splitting a main laser beam into a plurality of secondary laser beams that are directed into the chamber, and an outer reflecting unit mounted in the chamber for reflecting the secondary laser beams out of the spindle through the exit holes. The cutting tool is fixedly mounted on the spindle, for machining a workpiece, and includes multiple cutting teeth. The secondary laser beams maintain constant irradiation on multiple areas of the workpiece during rotation of the spindle.

Laser-assisted machining device

An interbody cage includes a substrate having a plurality of curve slits, with each of the curve slits having a plurality of sections. A plurality of deformable ribs is formed, with each deformable rib between any adjacent two of the curve slits and having a first end and a second end. The first and second ends of each deformable rib respectively connect with two opposite lateral bars of the substrate, and a plurality of folds is formed on the plurality of deformable ribs in places adapted to be bent. In use, any adjacent two of the deformable ribs are capable of being bent to depart from each other to define a filling room.
