A package structure of a micro speaker is provided. The package structure includes a substrate having a hollow chamber, a diaphragm suspended over the hollow chamber, a coil embedded in the diaphragm, a carrier board disposed on a bottom surface of the substrate, a first permanent magnetic element disposed on the carrier board and in the hollow chamber, and a lid wrapped around the substrate and the diaphragm. The diaphragm includes an etching pattern. One end of the lid exposes a portion of the top surface of the diaphragm.

Package structure of micro speaker

A method for making iridium oxide nanoparticles includes dissolving an iridium salt to obtain a salt-containing solution, mixing a complexing agent with the salt-containing solution to obtain a blend solution, and adding an oxidating agent to the blend solution to obtain a product mixture. A molar ratio of a complexing compound of the complexing agent to the iridium salt is controlled in a predetermined range so as to permit the product mixture to include iridium oxide nanoparticles.

The etch stop layer is positioned below the coil and overlaps the coil in the direction that is perpendicular to the top surface of the diaphragm. The etch stop layer is made of a metal material. The carrier board is disposed on the bottom surface of the substrate. The permanent magnetic element is disposed on the carrier board and in the hollow chamber. The package lid is wrapped around the substrate and the diaphragm, and has a lid opening that exposes a portion of the top surface of the diaphragm.

A light path adjustment mechanism includes a bracket, a light valve, a carrier, a first axis, a second axis and an optical plate member. A surface normal of a surface of the light valve crosses the bracket to define an intersection closest to the surface of the light valve, and the bracket has an end point furthest from the intersection measured in the direction of the surface normal. A distance between the intersection and the surface measured in the direction of the surface normal is smaller than a distance between the intersection and the end point measured in the direction of the surface normal.

An inductive module with a miniaturized metamaterial structure includes an insulating substrate, two coil units, and a magnetic unit. The insulating substrate has opposing first and second surfaces and a through hole extending between the first and second surfaces. The coil units are respectively disposed on the first surface and the second surface of the insulating substrate, and are electrically connected to each other through the through hole. Each of the coil units includes a closed loop coil. The magnetic unit corresponds in position to a portion of the coil unit, surrounds said portion of the coil unit, and has an opening.

Inductive module and device

A package structure of a micro speaker includes a substrate, a diaphragm, a coil, a carrier board, a lid, a first permanent magnetic element, and a second permanent magnetic element. The substrate has a hollow chamber. The diaphragm is suspended over the hollow chamber. The coil is embedded in the diaphragm. The carrier board is disposed on the bottom surface of the substrate. The first permanent magnetic element is disposed on the carrier board and in the hollow chamber. The lid is wrapped around the substrate and the diaphragm. The lid exposes a portion of the top surface of the diaphragm. The second permanent magnetic element is disposed either above the lid or under the lid.

A miniaturized sensing probe and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The miniaturized sensing probe includes: a probe substrate including a probe part and a circuit connection part; a sensor disposed on the probe part and electrically connected to the circuit connection part; and a needle unit used to accommodate the probe part of the probe substrate; wherein the sensor performs sensing when placed into an analyte through the needle unit and transmits a sensing signal through the circuit connection part. The miniaturized sensing probe of the present invention may be easily placed into the analyte without the use of other instrument or surgery. This means is of benefit to a clinician performing an early diagnosis on a patient with a peripheral vascular disease or monitoring the biological value of the muscle during surgery in real time.

Miniaturized sensing probe and manufacturing method thereof

A movable embedded microstructure includes a substrate, a diaphragm, a circuit board, a permanent magnetic element, and a multi-layered coil. The substrate has a hollow chamber. The diaphragm is disposed on the substrate, and covers the hollow chamber. The circuit board is bonded to the substrate. The permanent magnetic element is disposed on the circuit board and in the hollow chamber. The multi-layered coil is embedded in the diaphragm.

Movable embedded microstructure

A wireless charging device includes a wireless charging transmitter transmitting a charging signal to a signal gain module to generate at least one gain signal. The signal gain module includes an insulation substrate with an upper surface thereof provided with a first conductive wire. The first conductive wire makes at least one turns arranged along the inner edge of the insulation substrate. The lower surface of the insulation substrate is provided with a second conductive wire whose position corresponds to the position of the first conductive wire. A connecting element is arranged between the first conductive wire and the second conductive wire, such that the first conductive wire is electrically connected to the second conductive wire through the connecting element. The present invention provides a charging signal with high intensity to avoid the low charging efficiency caused by deflection and too long a distance.

Wireless charging device

A printed flexible PH sensor is provided. The printed flexible PH sensor includes a flexible substrate. A working electrode is disposed on the flexible substrate, and the working electrode includes a first silver layer formed on the flexible substrate by an ink-jet printing process, a second silver layer formed on the first silver layer by a silver mirror reaction, and a metal oxide layer disposed on the second silver layer of an end portion of the working electrode. A reference electrode is disposed on the flexible substrate, and the reference electrode includes the first silver layer and the second silver layer formed on the first silver layer, and a silver chloride layer totally covering the second silver layer. A method for fabricating the printed flexible PH sensor is also provided.

A nerve impulse signal stimulation device and a method for fabricating the same are provided. The nerve impulse signal stimulation device includes: a substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; a first metal layer formed on the first surface of the substrate; a second metal layer formed on the first metal layer; a plurality of openings exposing a portion of the first surface of the substrate, a portion of the first metal layer and a portion of the second metal layer; and a ferromagnetic material attached to the second surface of the substrate. The openings cause the nerve impulse signal stimulation device to obtain a parallel circuit structure, thereby increasing the current load and the magnetic field intensity, reducing the size of the device, and ensuring the safety of operations.

Nerve impulse signal stimulation device and method for fabricating the same

A flexible microsystem structure is provided. The flexible microsystem structure includes a flexible substrate; and a chip disposed over the flexible substrate, wherein the chip is bonded to the flexible substrate by a plurality of bonding elements disposed over the flexible substrate; wherein the flexible substrate has at least one trench disposed under the chip and disposed along at least one side of at least one of the bonding elements.

Flexible microsystem structure

A decoupling device including a lead frame and at least one capacitor unit set is provided. The lead frame includes a cathode terminal portion and at least two anode terminal portions disposed at two sides of the cathode terminal portion and opposite to each other. The anode terminal portions are electrically connected through a conductive line. One of the anode terminal portions extends along a first direction to form an extending portion, and the extending portion is bended along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction to form an anode side plate. Each capacitor unit set includes a plurality of capacitor units. The capacitor unit sets are connected in parallel on a same plane and disposed on the lead frame. Each capacitor unit has a cathode portion electrically connected to the cathode terminal portion and an anode portion electrically connected to the anode side plate along the first direction.

Decoupling device with three-dimensional lead frame and fabricating method thereof

A decoupling device including a lead frame and at least one capacitor unit assembly is provided. The lead frame includes a cathode terminal portion and at least two opposite anode terminal portions located at two ends of the cathode terminal portion. The two anode terminal portions are electrically connected with each other through a conductive line. The capacitor unit assembly includes multiple capacitor elements. The multiple capacitor elements of the capacitor unit assembly is connected in parallel, arrayed on the same plane and disposed on the lead frame. Each capacitor element has a cathode portion and an anode portion opposite to each other. The cathode portion of the capacitor element is electrically connected with the cathode terminal portion. The anode portion of the capacitor element is electrically connected with the anode terminal portion. When multiple capacitor unit assemblies exists, the capacitor unit assemblies are arrayed in a stacked way.
