An optical measuring device includes a case, a reflective layer and a light collecting lens module. A measuring chamber and a channel, which is connected to the measuring chamber and is connected to an opening of the case, reside in the case. The reflective layer is disposed onto an inner surface of the measuring chamber. The light collecting lens module is located inside the channel. A light beam emits into the channel of the optical measuring device through an opening, passes through the light collecting lens module and enters the measuring chamber afterward.

A ratchet wrench includes a wrench body having a circular space defined at a head portion of the wrench body, a ratchet with a hollow center placed into the circular space. The ratchet is symmetric to the wrench body. The inner wall of the ratchet has a plurality of first ridges formed thereon. A first recess is formed between each of two adjacent first ridges. Each of the first recesses selectively has a second ridge formed thereon. A second recess is defined on the second ridge. The shape of the second recess is as same as the first recess. In this way, a user can directly alternate the big and small bolts in the ratchet wrench, rather than turn over the wrench to fit the big or small bolt.

Ratchet wrench

A wrench, comprising: a body, includes a handle having an appropriate shape, a containing groove disposed at an action end of the body; a ratchet is pivotally coupled to the containing groove of the body; a seal cover is covered onto the body and matched with the shape of the containing groove and the second containing groove of the body; a latch ring is latched to the latch slot of the body and the groove, such that the ratchet is pivotally coupled into the containing groove of the body, and the seal cover is sealed onto the body.

A unidirectional ratchet wrench includes a body. The body has a first containing groove disposed at an action end of the body. A ratchet includes a sheathing portion formed thereof. A brake tooth is in an arc shape, and the brake tooth includes a plurality of latch teeth formed thereon for engaging with the engaging teeth of the ratchet. A control plate is contained in the arc-shaped second containing groove, and the control plate has the same height as the pressing edge of the body. An elastic element is contained in the accommodating groove of the brake tooth. A cover is installed in an upper cover groove of the body. A latch ring is latched to an circular latch groove of the body for fixing the cover onto the body.

Unidirectional ratchet wrench

A ratchet box end wrench includes a shank, a ratchet, a ring gear, three wheel members, a belt and a crank. The shank includes a space defined therein, a first pivot hole defined therein and a second pivot hole in communication with the first pivot hole. The ratchet includes a ratchet portion disposed in the space and an axial portion extended from the ratchet portion. The ring gear is connected to the axial portion of the ratchet. The first wheel member includes a pivot disposed in the first pivot hole. The belt is engaged with both of the ratchet and the first wheel member. The second wheel member is connected to the first wheel member so that the first and second wheel members are rotational together. The crank is operatively connected to the second wheel member. The third wheel member is operatively connected to the first wheel member.

Ratchet box end wrench

A ratchet wheel mounting arrangement for wrench is constructed to include a wrench body with a box at one end, the box of the wrench body having a top inside annular locating groove and a bottom inside annular locating groove, a ratchet wheel mounted in the box, the ratchet wheel having an outward bottom flange engaged into the bottom inside annular locating groove of the box and a top outside locating groove, a stop block adapted to control the direction of rotation of the ratchet wheel, a cover plate put in the top inside annular locating groove of the box, the cover plate having an annular inside locating groove, and a C-shaped retainer ring fastened to the top outside locating groove of the ratchet wheel and the annular inside locating groove of the cover plate to secure them in place.

Ratchet wheel mounting arrangement for wrench

The present invention relates to the structure of a ratchet wrench, and in particular, to a ratchet wrench which can provides high torque engagement in application, wherein a ratchet wheel is inserted into a circular opening on the wrench head of a common ratchet wrench, and a cavity is provided to the circular opening adjacent to one side of the rod body of the wrench for mounting a restrictive teeth structure, the end terminal of the cavity is provided with a ball hole to contain a spring and a steel ball, and the restrictive teeth structure is urged by the steel ball, thereby the high torque movement of the ratchet wheel is controlled.

Structure of a ratchet wrench

A ratchet wrench is provided having an arcuate toothed pawl meshing with the ratchet gear of a socket driving member. A gear section engages the back side of the pawl to control the rotation direction of the socket driving member. By the ratchet gear forcing the arcuate toothed pawl against the circular recess, a great torsion force can be transferred to the socket driving member.

A material plate for forming an electric connector includes a main plate, a number of legs extended from the main plate, a number of spaced terminal main bodies spaced from the main plate, a number of spaced horizontal pins, and a number of elevated pins. The terminal main bodies are integrally formed with the horizontal pins and the elevated pins in an alternate manner. Each elevated pin includes a root end that is integrally formed with an end of an associated terminal main body. Each leg extends between an associated elevated pin and an associated horizontal pin. A distal end of each leg is located adjacent to the root end of the associated elevated pin. The distal end of each leg includes a connecting piece that is connected to the associated main body with which the associated elevated pin is integrally formed. The connecting piece is also connected to the associated horizontal pin. Each connecting piece includes a V-shaped cut located adjacent to the associated horizontal pin. Each connecting piece further includes a V-shaped transverse cut located adjacent to the root section of the associated elevated pin. The main plate and the legs can be removed by means of breaking along the V-shaped cuts and the V-shaped transverse cuts.
