The disclosure provides an electronic device. The electronic device includes a photosensor and a display panel. The display panel is disposed on the photosensor and includes a first display region and a second display region. The first display region overlaps the photosensor in a top view. The second display region is disposed adjacent to the first display region. The first display region has first display sub-pixels. The second display region has second display sub-pixels. Each of the first display sub-pixels includes only one color LED, and each of second display sub-pixels includes only one color LED. A size of one of the first display sub-pixels is greater than a size of one of the second display sub-pixels, and a gap between two adjacent ones of the first display sub-pixels is greater than a gap between two adjacent ones of the second display sub-pixels in a first direction.

A display device includes a display panel. The display panel has a functional display area. The functional display area includes a plurality of display pixels and a plurality of light transmitting regions. The plurality of display pixels are around by the plurality of the light transmitting regions. A boundary between one of the plurality of display pixels and one of the plurality of light transmitting regions comprises an arc segment.

A display device having a general display region and a camera display region is provided. The general display region includes a first region, and the camera display region includes a second region. The display device includes a plurality of data lines and a plurality of gate lines. An area of the first region is defined by two adjacent ones of the plurality of data lines and two adjacent ones of the plurality of gate lines. An area of the second region is defined by another two adjacent ones of the plurality of data lines and another two adjacent ones of the plurality of gate lines. The area of the second region is greater than the area of the first region.

The disclosure provides an electronic device including a substrate, two adjacent first lines, two adjacent second lines and an opening. Two adjacent first lines extending along a first direction, two adjacent first lines and two disposed adjacent second lines are disposed on the substrate. The pixel is defined by the two adjacent first lines and the two adjacent second lines. The opening is corresponding to the pixel, and an edge of the opening is adjacent to an edge of one of the two adjacent first lines. The disclosure provides a display device and another display device. The display device includes a display panel. The display panel has a functional display area. The functional display area includes a pixel. The pixel includes a white pixel and multiple display pixels. The display pixels surround at least a part of the white pixel, and the white pixel includes a pixel electrode. The another display device includes another display panel. The another display panel has a functional display area, and the functional display area includes a pixel and a signal line. The pixel includes a white pixel and multiple display pixels. The signal line includes a branch, and the branch is electrically connected to one of the display pixels. The display device and the another display device of the disclosure is capable of reducing the problem of diffraction or having a better optical sensing effect.

The disclosure provides a display device including a substrate, two adjacent scan lines, two adjacent data lines and an opening. Two adjacent scan lines extending along a first direction. Two adjacent scan lines and two disposed adjacent data lines are disposed on the substrate. The pixel is defined by the two adjacent scan lines and the two adjacent data lines. The opening is corresponding to the pixel, and an edge of the opening is adjacent to an edge of one of the two adjacent scan lines. A distance between the edge of the opening and the edge of the one of the two adjacent scan lines is from 1 micrometer to 2 micrometers, and the distance is along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The display device of the disclosed embodiment may improve the contrast ration of the display device.

A method for charging a pixel and an enlarged pixel of the display device and a display device are provided. The enlarged pixel has a storage capacitance greater than a storage capacitance of the pixel, and the method includes charging the enlarged pixel in a greater amount of time than charging the pixel. Therefore, according to the display device of the disclosure, an image sensing unit may be configured under the enlarged pixel so as to implement an image sense function under a screen.

Method for charging and display device

The disclosure provides a display device including a back light module, a pixel, a light shielding element and an opening. The back light module emits light while turned on. The pixel is disposed on the back light module and allows the lights from the back light module to pass through. The opening is disposed corresponding to the pixel, and the lights emitted from the back light module passes through the pixel and the opening. The pixel has a dark region when the back light module is turned on, and the light shielding element shields at least a portion of the dark region. The display device of the disclosed embodiment may improve the contrast ration of the display device.
