An optoelectronic package structure and a method of manufacturing an optoelectronic package structure are provided. The optoelectronic package structure includes a photonic component. The photonic component has an electrical connection region, a blocking region and a region for accommodating a device. The blocking region is located between the electrical connection region and the region for accommodating a device.

Optoelectronic package structure and method of manufacturing the same

A display device includes a pixel circuit and receiving antenna units. The pixel circuit is disposed in the active area, and the pixel circuit includes pixel units. The receiving antenna units are electrically connected to the pixel circuit. The receiving antenna units include a first receiving antenna unit and a second receiving antenna unit. The first receiving antenna unit is configured to provide a first data signal to the pixel units in a first part, and the pixel units in the first part are configured to illuminate at a first brightness. The second receiving antenna unit is configured to provide a second data signal to the pixel units in a second part, and the pixel units in the second part are configured to illuminate at a second brightness.

Display device and driving method thereof

A display device is provided. The display device includes a data signal transmitter and a display panel. The data signal transmitter is used to transmit data signals. A display area of the display panel is divided into sub-display areas. Each sub-display area includes light emitting diodes, a data line, column switches, and row switches. A portion of the data line is formed as a data induction coil to receive one of the data signals by wireless sensing. The display panel selects one of the light emitting diodes as a selected light emitting diode by the column switches and the row switches. The selected light emitting diode is coupled to the data line to form a closed loop. The closed loop generates an induced current according to the data signal and causes the selected light emitting diode to emit light according to the induced current.

Display device

A display apparatus including a display panel is provided. The display panel has a plurality of display blocks, wherein each display block includes a light conversion circuit, a pixel array, and a data voltage selection circuit. The light conversion circuit receives the light pulse signal and has a pull-up circuit and a pull-down circuit, wherein the pull-up circuit and the pull-down circuit are coupled between a system high voltage and a system low voltage, and the pull-up circuit and the pull-down circuit output the system high voltage or system low voltage according to the light pulse signal to form a voltage pulse signal. The data voltage selection circuit is coupled to the light conversion circuit and the pixel array and receives an AC waveform voltage to supply a data signal to the pixel array according to the voltage pulse signal.

Display apparatus

A display panel includes a pixel structure corresponding to a display area, and a receiver antenna structure disposed on the pixel structure. The receiver antenna structure includes multiple receiver antennas providing first signals to the pixels of the pixel structure. Each receiver antenna corresponds to at least one pixel, and has an induced decibel (dB). For each receiver antenna, the induced dB is determined by multiple parameters of the receiver antenna, such as a winding number of the receiver antenna; an outer diameter of the receiver antenna; an inner diameter of the receiver antenna; a line pitch of the receiver antenna; a line width of the receiver antenna; and a line thickness of the receiver antenna. The induced dB of at least one of the receiver antennas is greater than the induced dB of other receiver antennas. The display panel may be used in a tiled micro LED display apparatus.

Display panel and display device using the same for wireless signal transmission

A display panel includes a pixel structure corresponding to a display area, and a receiver antenna structure disposed on the pixel structure. The receiver antenna structure includes multiple antenna blocks. Each antenna block includes an antenna, and two diodes are connected in parallel to the antenna and disposed in opposite directions. The diodes are connected to two switches provided with two clock pulse signals phase-inversed from each other. For each pixels, the switches alternately turns on and off in consecutive frames, allowing the pixels to be driven in a driving dot inversion driving mode. Further, the scan lines extending and crossing over the antennas may have crossover portions the common electrode, and a width of the crossover portion of each scan line may be adjusted to compensate the loading of the scan line due to crossover areas with the antennas.

A display panel includes a substrate, a pixel structure, a receiver antenna structure and a transmitter antenna structure. The pixel structure includes multiple pixels arranged in an array. The receiver antenna structure provides first signals to the pixels, and includes multiple receiver antennas. The transmitter antenna structure transmits wireless signals to the receiver antenna structure such that the receiver antenna structure generates the first signals, and includes multiple transmitter antennas. Each transmitter antenna one-to-one corresponds to one receiver antenna. The transmitter and receiver antenna structures may be disposed on different sides of the substrate, and each receiver antenna may have a corresponding hole formed on the substrate for filling a ferrite structure to enhance transmission efficiency thereof. Alternatively, the transmitter and receiver antenna structures may be disposed on the same side of the substrate, thus reducing the distance between the transmitter and receiver antennas and enhance transmission efficiency thereof.

Wireless display scan line control

An active matrix display panel includes a pixel structure having multiple pixels arranged in an array, and a receiver antenna structure. The receiver antenna structure include multiple first receiver antennas having a greater size for providing power voltages to the pixels, and multiple second receiver antennas having a greater resonance frequency for providing data signals to the pixels. Each first receiver antenna and one or more second receiver antennas being surrounded by the first receiver antenna form a receiver antenna group. In the receiver antenna group, each second receiver antenna corresponds to multiple pixels. For each pixel, in a reset period, the pixel circuit controls a pixel capacitor to reset. In a data writing period, the pixel circuit controls the corresponding second receiver antenna to charge the pixel capacitor. In an emission period, the charged pixel capacitor controls the corresponding first receiver antenna to provide the power voltage.

Wireless display panel with antenna design and display device using the same

A display panel includes a pixel structure, a receiver antenna structure and a transmitter antenna structure. The pixel structure includes multiple pixels arranged in an array. The receiver antenna structure provides first signals to the pixels, and includes multiple receiver antennas. Each receiver antenna has a resonance frequency. The transmitter antenna structure transmits wireless signals to the receiver antenna structure such that the receiver antenna structure generates the first signals, and includes multiple transmitter antennas. Each transmitter antenna one-to-one corresponds to one receiver antenna and has an identical resonance frequency. The receiver and transmitter antennas are correspondingly divided into multiple receiver and transmitter antenna loop groups, and each antenna loop group includes at least 3 antennas. The resonance frequencies of the receiver antennas of each receiver antenna loop group, in a sequence from an outermost receiver antenna toward an innermost receiver antenna, are not gradually increasing or gradually decreasing.

Wireless display panel with multi-channel data transmission and display device using the same

A display panel includes a substrate, a plurality of pixels, and a black matrix. The pixels are disposed on the substrate. The black matrix is disposed between the pixels. The black matrix includes a first sub-portion, a second sub-portion, and a third sub-portion. The first sub-portion, the second sub-portion, and the third sub-portion are disposed side by side. The first sub-portion has a first width, the second sub-portion has a second portion, and the third sub-portion has a third width. The first width, the second width, and the third width are in an ascending order.

Display panel and display wall

A pixel array structure includes a plurality of scanning lines and a plurality of pixel blocks. Each pixel block includes a plurality of data lines, a plurality of pixel units, a wireless receiving unit, and a position selection unit. The plurality of pixel units is arranged in an array form, and each pixel unit is coupled to one of the plurality of scanning lines and one of the plurality of data lines. The wireless receiving unit receives a data signal in a wireless manner. The position selection unit transmits the data signal to one of the plurality of data lines according to a position selection signal.

Pixel array structure

A pixel array substrate including a substrate having at least one via, at least one conductor disposed in the at least one via, pixel units, scan lines electrically connected to the pixel units, at least one shift register and at least one bus line is provided. The pixel units, the scan lines and the at least one shift register are disposed on a first surface of the substrate. The at least one shift register is used to transmit a first gate signal to the corresponding scan lines. The at least one bus line is disposed on a second surface of the substrate. The at least one bus line is electrically connected to the at least one shift register by the at least one conductor.

Pixel array substrate

A display panel includes a display area first and second gate line driving circuits. The display area includes a plurality of pixels is configured to determine how to process a data transmitted on a data line according to first and second control signals transmitted on first and second gate lines respectively and a second control signal transmitted on a second gate line and determine when to emit light according to a light emitting control signal transmitted on a light emitting control line. The first gate line driving circuit is coupled to the first gate line and for providing the first control signal thereto. The second gate line driving circuit is coupled to the second gate line and the light emitting control line and configured to provide the second control signal and the light emitting control signal thereto, respectively.
