The present application provides a method for manufacturing a memory device having a word line (WL) with dual conductive materials. The method includes steps of providing a semiconductor substrate with an active area defined adjacent to a surface of the semiconductor substrate; forming a recess extending from the surface into the semiconductor substrate; disposing a first insulating layer conformal to the recess; disposing a first conductive material within the recess and surrounded by the first insulating layer; removing a portion of the first conductive material to form a first conductive member; disposing a second insulating layer within the recess and conformal to the first insulating layer and the first conductive member; and disposing a second conductive material within the recess and surrounded by the second insulating layer to form a second conductive member adjacent to the first conductive member.

An electronic device includes a main body and a dual-lens element and the ability of the dual-lens element to capture stereoscopic or 3D images remains notwithstanding changes in orientation of the device. The dual-lens element is rotatable on a surface of the main body and includes a rotating disk, a dual-lens module, a gravity sensor, and a controller. The gravity sensor detects a rotation direction and a rotation angle of the main body when the main body is rotated relative to a horizontal plane and the controller controls the rotating disk to rotate about the rotation angle by way of compensation, thereby maintaining the horizontal aspect of the dual-lens module.

A booting method is provided. In the booting method, a basic input/output system (BIOS) is activated to check a first set value. When the first set value corresponds to a fast boot mode, the BIOS performs a fast boot process, in which the fast boot process is interrupted when the BIOS receives a system control interrupt. The BIOS changes a second set value and the first set value according to the system control interrupt, so that the first set value corresponds to a normal boot process. Next, the BIOS is reactivated. Further, the BIOS performs a normal boot process when the first set value corresponds to the normal boot mode, in which the BIOS checks the second set value, so as to execute an operating process corresponding to the second set value and recover the second set value and the first set value.

Thus, screen orientation can be controlled during BIOS POST to spare the user the trouble of changing screen orientation under an operating system environment, thereby enhancing efficiency and saving system resources.
