A plant draw-in device and a plant body transplantation system that can draw roots of plant bodies into holes reliably with a simple structure, so that there is no need of monitoring or manual operation for roots insertion and the production efficiency can be improved. The plant draw-in deviceincludes a draw-in tubethat can be disposed below a hole, a draw-in memberprovided such as to be capable of protruding from the draw-in tube, and a drive unitthat reciprocally moves the draw-in membersuch as to come out from, and retract into, the draw-in tube. The draw-in memberis formed such that a portion thereof protruding from the draw-in tubedeforms and spreads outward.
