A blowout structure of an air conditioner according to the present invention includes a wind direction adjuster that is arranged in a case, can change a direction of wind blown out according to a rotation angle, and closes a ventilation passage inside the case so as to inhibit blowout of the wind. Inside the case, a contact surface with which a wind direction adjusterin a state of closing the ventilation passage comes into contact and a reverse surface that allows an airflow flowing back to the upstream side from the contact surface to be reversed to the downstream side.

A blowout structure of the present invention includes: a case connected to a duct that serves as a blast passage from an air conditioner; a main ventilation passage formed inside the case; a vertical fin that changes a wind direction by rotating in a vehicle left-right direction of the main ventilation passage; and a bypass flow path extending along the main ventilation passage on both sides of the main ventilation passage in the vehicle left-right direction, wherein an outlet of the bypass flow path that joins the main ventilation passage is formed so as to overlap with the vertical fin when viewed in the vehicle left-right direction.

A blow-off device () is equipped with a wind direction variable means () and a pressure adjustment unit () in a ventilation passage (). The wind direction variable means is rotatably provided in the ventilation passage and can change a conditioned air from the inflow port () toward a blow-off port () and a second inclined part () along an intermediate part (). The pressure adjustment unit prevents the pressure of the ventilation passage from exceeding a predetermined value by releasing the conditioned air to the outside of the ventilation passage. A bypass inlet () of the pressure adjustment unit is provided on an upstream side of an end portion () in a +X direction at the time of maximum rotation of the wind direction variable means.

A blowing device of an air conditioner includes a case () connected to an air conditioner of a vehicle; a ventilating flow path () formed from an inlet port () to an outlet port () of the case (); a first inclined portion () provided on the inlet port () side of the case (); a second inclined portion () provided on the outlet port () side of the case (); an intermediate portion () formed between the first inclined portion () and the second inclined portion () in the case (); and an airflow direction changing device () provided in the ventilating flow path () and capable of changing an airflow direction of an inflow wind through the inlet port () toward a space between the outlet port () and the intermediate portion (), wherein the airflow direction changing device () includes a plurality of fins () inclined in conjunction with each other.

According to the present invention, a wind direction control device is provided. The wind direction control device comprises a detector configured to detect a hand; a wind direction adjustment unit configured to adjust an air blowing direction of an air conditioner; and a controller configured to control the wind direction adjustment unit so that a direction of the hand detected by the detector is set as the air blowing direction.

A blowing device includes: a casing which is connected to an air conditioner of a vehicle; a ventilation path which is formed from an inlet to an outlet of the casing; a second inclined portion which is provided on the side of the outlet in the casing; an intermediate portion which is formed between the inlet and the second inclined portion; a wind direction variable member that is provided in the ventilation path and is able to change a wind direction of an inflow wind through the inlet toward the intermediate portion or the outlet; and a cover member that is provided with a hole portion penetrating therethrough in an X direction and the cover member is disposed in the +X direction in relation to an end portion of the second inclined portion in the &#x2212;X direction.

A safety device used for a case with a lid, includes a lock pin device having a responding moving member supported in the case, and a lock pin protruding from the responding moving member; a lock member provided on a lid side, and including a cam groove to receive the lock pin; and a spring member. The cam groove includes at least three first portions extending in an opening/closing direction of the lid, having an opening-directional end portion and a closing-directional end portion, and disposed in parallel at a predetermined interval therebetween; and a plurality of second portions connecting the closing-directional end portion of the first portions and intermediate portions of adjacent first portions. A depth of a bottom portion between the first portion and the second portion is different to transfer the lock pin from a first of the first portions to a last of the first portions non-reversibly.
