A method of diagnosing a battery and adaptively adjusting charging modes of the battery includes the steps of initially charging the battery using a constant current mode, wherein the battery is charged by a fix current in the constant current mode; monitoring a deterioration index by a battery management system (BMS), the deterioration index including a highest temperature (Temp), an instantaneous temperature difference (&#x394;Temp), an instantaneous voltage difference (&#x394;V), an instantaneous internal resistance (IR), and a state of charge (SoC) of the battery; when Temp exceeds a predetermined temperature threshold, pausing charging the battery; charging the battery by a constant power charging mode when Tempbecomes smaller than 90% of the predetermined temperature threshold, wherein the battery is charged by a fix electric power in the constant power mode; charging the battery by the constant current charging mode when Tempbecomes smaller than 50% of the predetermined temperature thresh old.

Method of diagnosing battery and adaptively adjusting charging modes of the battery

A motor simulator without requiring a motor is a testing motor controller used for inputting a driving signal according to a power supply driving signal, feeding back a status response of a dynamic calculator of the motor simulator, outputting a voltage and current reference command value required by the motor simulator to the motor simulator, so that the dynamic calculator and the electric power converter installed in the motor simulator generate a voltage and a current of an actual motor in an operating status. Therefore, the testing motor controller keeps converting and adjusting the electric energy for driving an operation of the motor simulator according to a status response fed back by the dynamic calculator of the motor simulator, so as to achieve a control function of the testing motor controller for testing the rotation speed and positioning of the motor.

Motor simulator without requiring a motor

The invention provides a DC to DC converting circuit, comprising: a transforming unit with a primary winding and a secondary winding; a bridge rectifier unit coupled to an input voltage, having a first output terminal and a second output terminal coupled to both side of the primary winding respectively; a first switch coupled between the input voltage and the first output terminal; a second switch coupled between the first output terminal and a ground terminal; a third switch coupled between the input voltage and the second output terminal; and a fourth switch coupled between the second output terminal and the ground terminal; an output unit paralleled to the secondary winding; and a clamping unit coupled to the input voltage and paralleled to the bridge rectifier unit, having an auxiliary switch coupled to the input voltage; and a clamping capacitor coupled between the auxiliary switch and the ground terminal; wherein the auxiliary switch is turned on when operation statuses of the first switch and the fourth switch or the second switch and the third switch are changed.

DC to DC converting circuit

Disclosed is a dual-source converter for a hybrid power supply. The converter includes a first power circuit, a second power circuit, an auxiliary circuit, an output circuit and a closed loop circuit. The first power circuit is electrically connected to the second power circuit in series for receiving two varied voltage sources. The auxiliary circuit is configured to achieve soft switching of all switches. The closed loop circuit is configured to control the duty cycles of the first power circuit, the second power circuit and the auxiliary circuit so as to improve the efficiency of the dual-source converter.
