The disclosure discloses a layout design method, chip and terminal of power device, wherein the non-top metal layout design: the metal is routed along the first direction and several metal wires that fully occupy the available area of the die unit are thereby obtained, and the wiring properties of the metal wires are sequentially changed at intervals, making the source ends and the drain ends of the device are alternately distributed at intervals, and the metal routing in two or more layers of non-top metal are arranged vertically; the top metal layout design: the source end region and drain end region in the top metal are formed into sheets independently and the pad is arranged in the top metal region; eventually realize the interconnection of metal layers and complete the layout design. The disclosure adopts a criss-cross design between non-top metals, thereby the device has a smaller parasitic resistance value; the removal of the stack-up design can reduce the metal layer design and save the cost; the source end and drain end regions in the top metal are designed into sheets to ensure the adequacy of the interconnection between the metal layers and further improve the reliability of the device.

The present invention discloses a riveting robot, comprising: a robot part provided on a chassis, and detachably coupled with a riveting tool part through a hydraulically quick change disk; a visual position identification part provided on a side of the hydraulically quick change disk and secured on the sixth axis of the front end of the robot part; an automatic rivet feeding part provided on a mounting baseplate which is secured on a chassis through a two-stage vibration damping structure; a riveter tailing material collection part used for collecting tailing materials produced during riveting; a riveting quality judgment part used for collecting riveting data, and processing and generating a riveting curve to realize judgment of the riveting quality. A riveting robot system provided in the present invention can realize unmanned quick mounting of a pulling rivet at a specific riveting position; a vibration damping structure effectively isolates interference of riveting operation of a robot from a vibration source; radial and axial damping mechanisms can absorb axial and radial impact energies during the process of rivet pulling and mounting, ensuring that the operating accuracy of the riveting robot system and service life of the riveting robot mechanism.

Riveting robot system

A hydraulic steel strapping machine for strapping a steel strip around a package, including a clamping and cutting section and a tensioning section. An objective of the present invention is to minimize the weight and the volume of the steel strapping machine. The clamping and cutting section comprises a clamping cylinder, disposed on a top position of a front end of the hydraulic steel strapping machine along a Z direction and supported by a support frame, for driving a linkage mechanism. A cylinder pin is disposed in the linkage mechanism along a X direction and is sleeved by a lifting lug fixed onto a bottom surface of a piston of the clamping cylinder. A pressing part is sleeved around the cylinder pin, a cutter, a return spring and a transverse cutter are disposed below the pressing part. The linkage mechanism comprises two groups of connecting rods.

The broached groove is an arc surface with three sections of different radiuses, which solves stress concentration and sticking of a single-groove and short-tail rivet during riveting, and allows a claw of a riveting machine to be engaged to the best position automatically. The tooth profile of a locking groove section of the rivet is a curve combining an arc and a straight line, which greatly improves fastening force. In a word, the invention solves insufficient clamping degree of the short tail, seizing during riveting, blocking of the broached groove, failed riveting, shortage and loss of tightness of existing short-tail pulling rivets, and meets the performance and reliability requirements of the fastening systems for rolling stocks.

Single-groove and short-tail pulling rivet and erection method thereof

The invention discloses a detachable double-locking riveting dismounting method and a pulling rivet. A lantern ring comprises a thin-wall hook section, a thick-wall locking section and a lantern ring head with an annular step from front to back. The rivet comprises a rivet head of an annular groove matched with the hook section, a front polish rod section, a knurling section matched with the locking section, a separating groove, a rear polish rod and a tail annular groove section from front to back. Double riveting is used by inserting the rivet and lantern ring from both sides; after riveting, the locking section and knurling section form radial locking, and the hook section is buckled to form axial locking. Simple detaching tools (e.g. front snap ring and center cylinder) are equipped to dismount rivets rapidly.

A method for contacting MOS devices. First openings in a photosensitive material are formed over a substrate having a top dielectric in a first die area and a second opening over a gate stack in a second die area having the top dielectric, a hard mask, and a gate electrode. The top dielectric layer is etched to form a semiconductor contact while etching at least a portion the hard mask layer thickness over a gate contact area exposed by the second opening. An inter-layer dielectric (ILD) is deposited. A photosensitive material is patterned to generate a third opening in the photosensitive material over the semiconductor contact and a fourth opening inside the gate contact area. The ILD is etched through to reopen the semiconductor contact while etching through the ILD and residual hard mask if present to provide a gate contact to the gate electrode.
