A voltage stabilizer is provided for stabilizing a gate-source voltage of a switching element, wherein a source of the switching element receives a first driving voltage. The voltage stabilizer includes a transistor and a first resistor. A base of the transistor receives a second driving voltage, a collector of the bipolar junction transistor is electrically connected to a gate of the switching element, a first terminal of the first resistor is electrically connected to the collector and the gate, a second terminal of the first resistor is electrically connected to the source of the switching element and receives the first driving voltage.

Voltage stabilizer and power conversion device using same

A voltage stabilizer is provided for stabilizing a gate-source voltage of a switching element, wherein a source of the switching element receives a first driving voltage. The voltage stabilizer includes a bipolar junction transistor, a first resistor and a second resistor. The back electromotive force detecting module is electrically connected to a single phase DC motor and is configured to detect a back electromotive force of the single phase DC motor and to output a detecting signal correspondingly. The processing module is electrically connected to the back electromotive force detecting module and the single phase DC motor. The processing module is configured to determine the rotation direction of the single phase DC motor according to the detecting signal and a hall signal outputted by a hall element located in the single phase DC motor, and is configured to control the single phase DC motor.

A motor control system includes a voltage regulating module, an auxiliary activating module, and a drive module. The voltage regulating module is operable to receive a voltage and generate an electrical level regulated voltage by regulating the voltage. The auxiliary activating module is operable to generate a constant duty cycle signal and output the constant duty cycle signal for a period. The drive module is operable to receive the electrical level regulated voltage and the constant duty cycle signal, and control a motor based on the electrical level regulated voltage and the constant duty signal. Also, the present invention also discloses a fan which is applied to the above-mentioned motor control system.

The present invention provides a flexible printed circuit board having gold fingers, comprising a base sheet, a metallic layer and a protective sheet. The base sheet has a plurality of voids thereon. The metallic layer is provided on the base sheet, and has at least one plated through hole. The protective sheet is provided on the base sheet and the metallic layer to expose a portion of the metallic layer and the plated through hole. The flexible printed circuit board may electrically be connected to a conductive terminal of a rigid printed circuit board with one gold finger and electrically be connected to a system with another gold finger. The plated through hole has a function of heat conduction and soldering, and the voids of the flexible printed circuit board can provide a space for overflowing solder and heat dissipation.

A motor includes a rotor, a sensor unit, an offset unit, a rectification unit and a modulating unit. The sensor unit outputs a first signal in accordance with a magnetic field variation of the rotor. The offset unit is coupled to the sensor unit, and outputs a second signal in accordance with the first signal. The rectification unit is coupled to the offset unit, and outputs a third signal in accordance with the second signal. The modulating unit is coupled to the rectification unit, and outputs a control signal in accordance with a result by comparing the third signal with a periodic signal. The modulating unit controls a reverse rotation of the rotor smoothly in accordance with the control signal. A control method of the motor is also disclosed.

A motor control device is electrically connected with a motor. The motor control device includes a controller and a driving circuit. The controller has a default value of time and generates a first driving signal and a second driving signal. The driving circuit includes a first switching element and a second switching element, the first switching element and the second switching element receive the first driving signal and the second driving signal respectively, and the first switching element and the second switching element are switched on or switched off alternately according to the first driving signal and the second driving signal respectively, so as to drive the motor to operate. The controller switches off the first switching element by the first driving signal the default value of time before the controller switches on the second switching element by the second driving signal, and the controller switches off the second switching element by the second driving signal the default value of time before the controller switches on the first switching element by the first driving signal.

A driving apparatus for fan motors, electrically connected between a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal generator and a controller, includes a converter electrically connected to the PWM signal generator, generating a first reference voltage according to the duty cycle of a PWM signal generated by the PWM signal generator; a reference voltage generator electrically connected to an external power source, generating a second reference voltage according to the external power source; and a comparator having a first and second input terminal and an output terminal; wherein the first input terminal is electrically connected to the converter, the second input terminal is connected to the reference voltage generator and the output terminal is connected to the controller, and when the first reference voltage is greater than the second reference voltage, a driving signal is output from the output terminal to the controller to control the rotation speed of the fan motor.

The temperature measuring module generates a temperature value according to an ambient temperature of the fan. The driving module is electrically connected with the revolution modulating module, and generates a driving signal to drive the fan according to the control signal. A switch control device receives an input signal and a power signal and includes a control unit and a switch unit. The control unit has a predetermined value and receives the input signal and the power signal. When the input signal is lower than the predetermined value, the control unit outputs a control signal. The switch unit is electrically connected with the control unit, receives the control signal, and stops outputting the power signal according to the control signal.

A control device of a fan system includes a temperature sensing module, a comparing module and a driving module. The temperature sensing module senses an external temperature and generates a sensing signal according to the external temperature. A fan motor speed control circuit and a voltage-regulating module thereof are disclosed. The fan motor speed control circuit includes the voltage-regulating module and a driving module electrically connected to the voltage-regulating module. The driving module includes a pulse signal generating unit, a speed control unit, and a drive unit. The speed control unit compares a high frequency pulse signal generated by the pulse signal generating unit with a variable reference voltage signal output by the voltage-regulating module, and then outputs a control signal to the drive unit to proceed the speed control of the fan motor. In application, the voltage-regulating module and the driving module are electrically connected to a voltage source in parallel.

A fan motor speed control circuit includes a driving circuit, a voltage division circuit, and a speed modulator. The voltage division circuit has a first transistor and a plurality of resistors and is connected between a voltage source and the driving circuit. The speed modulator has a second transistor and a plurality of parallel resistors and is connected between the voltage division circuit and the driving circuit. The current of the fan motor speed control circuit flows through a first path under a first input voltage generated from the voltage source and through a second path under a second input voltage larger than the first one; the parallel resistors are in the second path such that the current value passing through the driving circuit varies according to the resulting resistance value of the parallel resistors.
