A defect detection system and method enable a fastened crystalline silicon product to generate micro-vibration by a micro-vibration excitation device, so as to enable the crystalline silicon product to generate an excitation signal, then to acquire the excitation signal by a acquisition device, so as to analyze the excitation signal acquired by the acquisition device in the time and frequency domain by an analysis detection device with a specific analysis, and to obtain an analysis result, at last, determine a defect state of the crystalline silicon product according to the analysis result.

Defect detection system and method

The disclosure provides a cleaning apparatus and detecting method thereof. The cleaning apparatus includes a fan, a motor, a detecting device and a control unit. The motor drives the fan to create an air flow through the cleaning apparatus. The detecting device is electrically connected to the motor, and is utilized detected an impedance of the motor. The control unit is electrically connected to the motor and the detecting device respectively, for comparing the impedance of the motor with a predetermined value and outputting a signal indicative of a comparison result.

Cleaning apparatus and detecting method thereof

A method for navigation of a movable platform is provided. The method includes the steps. First, a plurality of reflection devices is placed to mark a range. A coordinate location and a direction of the movable platform are received by a positioning system, At least one laser to measure relative positions and distances between the reflection devices and the movable platform are emitted by a laser range finder, respectively. Absolute locations of the reflection devices and the range are calculated by a processor according to the coordinate location and the direction of the movable platform, the relative positions and the distances between the reflection devices and the movable platform. The reflection devices are scanned and tracked by the processor, and the coordinate location and the direction of the movable platform and the absolute locations are calibrated by the processor to control the movable platform to move in the range.

Method and system for navigation of movable platform

A method of efficacy anticipation and failure examination for an apparatus is disclosed. The method first establishes an anticipation model, and then trains the anticipation model by calibrating the same using errors obtained between a realistic data and an anticipated data, so as to use the calibrated anticipation model to estimate the performance efficacy of an apparatus or any component in the apparatus, and also to acknowledge if there is any abnormality occurred during the operation of the apparatus or the component.

If the detected value exceeds the threshold, the control unit drives the fan module, so as to increase a suction force of the fan module. The present invention relates to an obstacle detection device, adapted for an autonomous mobile system, which comprises: a conducting wire, a first unit and a second unit. The first unit further comprises a first conducting part, electrically connected to an end of the conducting wire; and the second unit further comprises a second conducting part, electrically connected to another end of the conducting wire other than that connecting to the first conducting part. As an abnormality, such as the autonomous mobile system comes into contact with an obstacle, or misses a step, is happening and detected by the obstacle detection device, a reactive force will be generated to force the two conducting parts to contact with each other so as to enable an electrical conduction for issuing an electrical signal to the control unit of the autonomous mobile system and thus enabling the autonomous mobile system to react with respect to the abnormality.

A sound source localization system and a sound source localization method. The sound source localization system includes sound capturing devices and an arithmetic unit. The sound capturing devices sense a sound source to output time domain signals. The arithmetic unit transforms the time domain signals into frequency domain signals, performs a cross spectrum process according to the frequency domain signals to determine time differences of arrival, and locates the sound source according to the time differences of arrival and locations of the sound capturing devices.

A collision detection apparatus is provided, which includes a main body, at least an air bag disposed at the periphery of the main body and at least a baro sensor. The air bags communicate with each other. The air bag is connected to the baro sensor to detect the pressure at different time points and the pressure variations. The controller is disposed on a housing plate. A path guidance method for autonomous mobile device, by which a directional wireless reception unit, arranged on the autonomous mobile device, is enabled to receive a radio wave guidance signal issued by a call unit while the direction pointing to the call unit can be determined with respect to the intensity and direction of the received radio wave guidance signal, and thus the autonomous mobile device is directed to move toward the pointing direction until the autonomous mobile device reaches a location specified by the call unit. In a preferred aspect, the autonomous mobile device is determined to be not far from the call unit when the intensity of the radio wave guidance signal, received by the directional wireless reception unit, is larger than a predefined value.
