A motor includes a rotor that includes a shaft located along a central axis, a stator that includes coils and opposes the rotor in a radial direction, and a lead wire support portion that is above the coil and supports lead wires extending from the coils. The lead wire support portion includes a guide portion through which the lead wires extend and which guides the lead wires to an upper side of the lead wire support portion in an axial direction. The guide portion includes a tubular insertion portion which opposes the coil and into which the lead wires are inserted and a tubular lead portion which is above the insertion portion and from which the lead wires inserted from the insertion portion are drawn out.

Motor

A motor includes a motor main body including a rotor and a stator, a housing that houses the motor main body, a controller that is located above the motor main body o controls rotation of the rotor, and a cover that surrounds the controller from a radially outer side. The housing includes a cover joint that is annular and surrounds the controller when viewed in an axial direction. The cover includes a cylindrical portion that surrounds the cover joint from an outside in a radial direction. The cover joint includes a contact portion that contacts a surface of the cylindrical portion in the radial direction and an adhesive joint that is bonded with the cylindrical portion via an adhesive in the radial direction. The contact portion and the adhesive joint are adjacent each other in a circumferential direction.

Motor including sealing structure between a cover and a housing

A motor includes a motor main body, a housing, a heat sink, a controller, a connector, and a cover that surrounds the controller and the connector. The heat sink includes a connector holder including an open outer side in a radial direction and holding the connector. The motor includes a ring-shaped cover joint portion that surrounds the controller and includes a stepped portion that includes a first surface and a second surface. The cover includes a cylindrical portion that faces the first surface in the radial direction. The motor includes a waterproof material that seals a portion between the cylindrical portion and the first surface or a portion between the cylindrical portion and the second surface.

A motor includes a motor main body including a rotor and a stator, a controller, a housing, and a connector. The housing includes a lower housing that holds the motor main body, and an upper housing that holds the controller and the connector. The upper housing includes a connector holder that protrudes outward in the radial direction from an outer peripheral end of the lower housing. The connector holder includes a connector inserting portion into which the connector is inserted in the axial direction. The connector inserting portion includes a ridge portion, which protrudes outward in the radial direction from a straight line connecting both ends of an inner-peripheral-side wall surface in the circumferential direction, on the inner-peripheral-side wall surface facing, in the radial direction, a surface of the connector facing inward in the radial direction.

A motor includes a motor body, a housing, a heat sink, a controller, a connector, and a cover. The heat sink includes two arm portions each extending radially outward. The connector is held between the two arm portions. The heat sink and the connector include a cover joint portion extending all the way around surfaces of the heat sink and the connector along a circumferential direction, is loop-shaped, and surrounds the controller, when viewed in an axial direction. The cover is joined to the cover joint portion. The connector includes a connector outside surface exposed between the two arm portions, and including circumferential end portions adjacent to the arm portions and overlapping with an imaginary line joining distal ends of the two arm portions or located radially inward of the imaginary line when viewed in the axial direction.
