A flexure stage with modularized flexure units for convenient manufacturing, assembly and repair is provided. The flexure stage comprises a base, a platform separated from the base, and a plurality of flexure units disposed between the base and the platform. Each flexure unit comprises a first section, a second section, and a third section. The first section is located on the base. The second section is connected with the platform and separated from the first section. The third section is coupled with the first section and the second section through the first bending part and the second bending part respectively wherein the first bending part and the second bending part comprises flexibility in different axial directions.

Flexure stage with modularized flexure units

A linear rotary mechanism includes: a pair of elongated guide rails in parallel to each other: a linear motor having a tubular primary side slidably disposed on the guide rails and a shaft-shaped secondary side coaxially extending into an internal hole of the tubular primary side, the shaft-shaped secondary side being axially linearly reciprocally movable along the tubular primary side; and a rotary motor fixedly disposed on the guide rails and connected with one end of the shaft-shaped secondary side. Accordingly, the rotary motor is linearly reciprocally movable along the tubular primary side in synchronism with the shaft-shaped secondary side and the guide rails.

Linear rotary mechanism

A slide-block-type shaft linear motor platform includes a mover and a stator. An air gap is defined between the mover and the stator. The air gap can communicate with outer side via a fluid inlet space. Accordingly, air convection can take place between the heat source, that is, the winding inside the mover and the outer side. Therefore, the heat generated by the winding can be continuously dissipated to prevent the components from deforming due to the heat. In this case, the precision of operation can be ensured and the performance of the motor will not deteriorate due to the heat.

Slide-block-type shaft linear motor platform

A winding cooling structure of shaft motor includes a chamber in which multiple annular windings are received. A cooling fluid is filled up in the chamber to possibly contact the surfaces of every part of the respective windings. Therefore, heat generated by the windings can be quickly transferred to the cooling fluid around the windings and dissipated. Accordingly, in operation, the heat dissipation efficiency of the shaft motor can be enhanced to prolong lifetime of the motor and ensure the performance of the motor.

Winding cooling structure of shaft motor

A linear motor cooling mechanism includes two cooling sections. Each cooling section is composed of multiple bypass heads, which are serially connected with each other. The cooling sections are additionally fixedly disposed on the linear motor. Each cooling section has a main flow way and multiple bypass flow ways in communication with the main flow way. External air is guided through the main flow way and distributed to the bypass flow ways so as to controllably flow toward the position of the mover of the linear motor for achieving an air-cooling heat dissipation effect.

Linear motor cooling mechanism

A linear motor air-cooling structure includes two cooling sections. Each cooling section has an elongated board-shaped main body. The main body is attached to a lateral side of the stator of the linear motor. An air flow way is formed in the main body. The external air can be uniformly guided through the air flow way and distributed to every part of the linear motor. Accordingly, in operation, a better air-cooling effect is provided for the linear motor.
