A display panel is disclosed, which includes: a first substrate; a second substrate opposite to the first substrate; a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first and second substrate; a shielding pattern disposed on the second substrate and defining a first region and a second region, wherein a transmittance of the first region is larger than a transmittance of the second region; a first polymer layer disposed on a side of the first substrate facing to the second substrate; and a second polymer layer disposed on a side of the second substrate facing to the first substrate, wherein a roughness of a first area of the first polymer layer is different from a roughness of a second area of the second polymer layer, the second area overlaps with the first region, and the first area overlaps with a projection of the first region on the first polymer layer.

Display panel

An exposure system and a manufacturing method of a component of a display panel are disclosed. The exposure system includes a carrying device and a light source device. The carrying device carries the object. The light source device, including a plurality of lamp sets arranged along a first direction, emits light to irradiate the object. The lamp sets include a first lamp set and a second lamp set, which are disposed adjacent to each other. The first lamp set has a first lamp and a second lamp, which are extending along a second direction. The second lamp set has a third lamp and a fourth lamp, which are extending along the second direction. The first and second lamps are connected with a first junction, and the third and fourth lamps are connected with a second junction. The first junction and the second junction are misaligned on the first direction.

Exposure system and exposure method

A display panel is disclosed, which comprises: a first substrate; a second substrate opposite to the first substrate; a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate; a shielding pattern disposed on the second substrate and comprising a first region and a second region, in which a transmittance of the first region is larger than that of the second region; and a first aggregation layer disposed on a side of the first substrate facing to the second substrate, wherein a roughness of the first aggregation layer corresponding to the first region of the shielding pattern is larger than that of the first aggregation layer corresponding to the second region thereof.

A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a first substrate having a display region and a non-display region, a second substrate disposed opposite to the first substrate, at least a data line and at least a scan line disposed in the display region, a liquid crystal layer, a plurality of spacers and a seal disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate, a light shielding layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate, and including a light transmitting portion and a light shielding portion, and an alignment layer and a plurality of particles disposed on the light transmitting portion and the light shielding portion. A first surface roughness corresponding to the light transmitting portion of the non-display region is greater than a second surface roughness corresponding to the light shielding portion of the non-display region.

Display panel and display device

A display panel is provided. The display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a liquid crystal layer, a plurality of thin film transistors, a plurality of metal wires, a protection layer, a first alignment layer, and a plurality of agglomerates. The first substrate has at least a display area and a non-display area located outside the display area. The second substrate is disposed opposite to the first substrate. The liquid crystal layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The thin film transistors and the metal wires are disposed on the first substrate, the protection layer overlaying at least a portion of the metal wires. The first alignment layer is disposed on the protection layer for exposing a first surface of the protection layer. The agglomerates are disposed on at least a portion of the first surface.

A liquid crystal display device includes: a first substrate; a second substrate spaced apart from the first substrate; and a plurality of liquid crystal molecules disposed between the first and second substrates. The first substrate includes a transparent substrate, an insulator layer formed on a surface of the transparent substrate and formed with a plurality of grooves, and a pixel electrode formed on a surface of the insulator layer and formed with a plurality of electrode slits.
