The present disclosure provides a thickness measuring device including a base, a first moving component, a second moving component, a frame and a linking component. The base includes a base main body and a sensor. The first moving component moves along a first direction and includes a contacting end. The second moving component moves along a second direction and includes a sensing element corresponding to the sensor. The frame is connected to the base and includes a frame main body, a first guiding groove and a second guiding groove. The first and second guiding grooves are formed on the frame main body for accommodating the first and second moving components. The linking component includes a rotating element, a first connection portion and a second connection portion. The first and second connection portions are disposed on a surface of the rotating element and connected to the first and second moving components.

Thickness measuring device

A printer clean system includes a base, an ink stack assembly, a scraper assembly, a power transmission device and a driving device. The ink stack assembly is disposed on a first accommodation groove. The scraper assembly is disposed on a second accommodation groove. The power transmission device is connected with the driving device, the ink stack assembly, and the scraper assembly. When the power transmission device is rotated to a first angle, the ink stack assembly is brought to an ink stack clean position. When the power transmission device is rotated to a second angle, the scraper assembly is brought to a scraper clean position. When the power transmission device is rotated to a third angle, the ink stack assembly is located at an ink stack return position, and the scraper assembly is located at a scraper return position. Therefore, the pollution can be avoided.

Printer clean system

An extrusion device of a three-dimensional printer comprises a housing, a nozzle, a ratchet, an idler and a cooling mechanism. The nozzle is connected with the housing, the ratchet is disposed in the housing, and the idler is disposed adjacent to the ratchet. A thermofusible material is jointly held by the ratchet and the idler, and is guided to be extruded through the nozzle. The cooling mechanism comprises an air pump and an air pipe. The air pipe is partially disposed in the housing and connected with the air pump for guiding the air extracted by the air pump to flow into the housing through the air pipe, thereby reducing an environment temperature inside the housing. Therefore, by disposing the air-guiding cooling mechanism, the advantages of enhancing the cooling effect and the printing quality are achieved.

Extrusion device of three-dimensional printer and cooling mechanism and cooling method thereof

An extrusion device of a three-dimensional printer includes a ratchet, a spray head, an idler, a feeding wheel and an optical detection mechanism. The spray head and the idler are disposed adjacent to the ratchet. A thermofusible material is provided to the spray head by the feeding wheel. The optical detection mechanism includes a guiding element and an optical detecting assembly. The guiding element is disposed between the ratchet and the feeding wheel along a feeding path. The optical detecting assembly is disposed adjacent to the guiding element. The thermofusible material is guided by the guiding element and partially disposed on a detecting area. A waveband light is emitted to the detecting area by the optical detecting assembly. The image produced by the reflection of the waveband light reflected by the detecting area is detected by the optical detecting assembly. Therefore, the operation of the equipment is completely monitored.

Extrusion device of three-dimensional printer and optical detection mechanism thereof

An exposure molding device comprises an exposure tank, a working platform, and an optical system. The exposure tank has a first surface and a second surface. The working platform is disposed relative to the first surface. The optical system disposed relative to the second surface comprises a light emission element and an optical assembly. The light emission element emits light along an optical path. The optical assembly comprises a light transparent element, a first optical element, and a first transmission mechanism. The light transparent element is disposed on the optical path, the first optical element is disposed behind the light transparent element on the optical path, and the first transmission mechanism is disposed along a first direction and connected with the first optical element for driving the first optical element to move along the first direction. The molding range is expanded. The accuracy, velocity and quality of molding are enhanced.

Exposure molding device and exposure molding method thereof

A steel wire transmission system includes plural slide rail seats, plural slide rails, plural wheel sets corresponding to the plural slide rails, plural slide blocks, plural steel wires, plural guide rods and a printhead module. The plural slide rails are disposed on the corresponding slide rail seats. Each wheel set includes a driving wheel and a driven wheel corresponding to the driving wheel. The driving wheel and the driven wheel of each wheel set are fixed at two ends of the corresponding slide rail. Each slide block is sheathed around the corresponding slide rail and movable between the corresponding driving wheel and the corresponding driven wheel. The plural steel wires are wound around the corresponding wheel sets. Each guide rod is connected with two corresponding slide blocks. The printhead module is connected with the plural guide rods.

Steel wire transmission system for three-dimensional printer and adjusting mechanism thereof

The present disclosure relates to a printing platform supporting module and a three-dimensional printer using same. The printing platform supporting module comprises a supporting frame, the printing platform, a heating assembly, an adjusting module, and a printing plate. The heating assembly is disposed on the printing platform. The adjusting module is disposed on the printing platform and comprises a plurality of locking units. The printing plate has a working surface and a mounting surface opposite to the working surface. The mounting surface is urged against the heating assembly. The printing plate is removably disposed on the printing platform by means of a locking action and an unlocking action of the locking units.
