A housing of a power supply includes a first cover and a second cover. The first cover includes a first sideboard and a hook. The first cover is configured with a first opening. The hook is disposed aside a side edge of the first opening and protrudes toward an inner side of the first cover. The second cover includes a second sideboard and a protruding platform. The protruding platform is disposed on the second sideboard and protrudes toward an outer side of the second cover. The protruding platform has a buckle hole. When the first cover is assembled with the second cover, the first sideboard is stacked on the outer side of the second sideboard, the protruding platform is engaged with the first opening, and the hook is engaged with the buckle hole.

Housing of power supply

A power supply with a thermal insulation function includes a casing, a circuit board, and a power connector. The casing has an opening and includes a first casing member and a second casing member, and the first casing member has a hollow insulation structure. The circuit board is installed in the casing and retained on the second casing member. The power connector is coupled to the circuit board and configured to be facing the opening. When the first and second casing members are engaged into the casing, the hollow insulation structure divides the area of a surface of the circuit board facing the first casing member into a first insulation space and a second insulation space, and the power connector is disposed in the first insulation space, and the hollow insulation structure is separated with an interval apart from the second insulation space for accommodating air.

Power supply with thermal insulation function

An electronic apparatus includes a case, an integrated circuit module, a cable and a fastener component. The case includes an opening and an accommodating space for the integrated circuit module and the fastener component installed therein. The cable is passed through the opening to be electrically connected with the integrated circuit module. The fastener component is adjacent to the opening and includes a first fastening portion and a second fastening portion for fastening the conducting cable and the circuit module respectively. Thereby, the cable and the integrated circuit module will be fastened simultaneously through the fastener component, and a one-time ultrasonic welding process is applied for assembly, thus the process will be simplified as to improve the yield rate.

Electronic apparatus and method for assembling thereof

A rotatable plug structure for a power adapter includes a carrying base, two conductive terminals and a plug. The carrying base includes a first installation slot, a second installation slot and a channel connected between the two. The conductive terminals are secured onto the first and second installation slots; the conductive terminals include a main body, a wiring portion and a clamping member. The clamping member includes a pair of metal slats bent from the main body and extended to taper toward each other. The plug is rotatably installed on the carrying base and the conductive terminal; the plug includes a pivotal axle, a pair of insertion pins and a conductive connecting end. The plug swings freely about the pivotal axle between a deployed state and a retracted state; thereby, the conductive connecting ends are clamped by the clamping member or disengaged therefrom to overcome the improper contact problem.
