A touch circuit including an integrator circuit and a compensation circuit is provided. The integrator circuit includes a first terminal, a second terminal and an output terminal. The first terminal of the integrator circuit is coupled to a touch sensor, and the second terminal of the integrator circuit is coupled to a first voltage. The compensation circuit includes a first terminal and a second terminal. The first terminal of the compensation circuit is coupled to the first terminal of the integrator circuit, and the second terminal of the compensation circuit is coupled to a second voltage. When the touch circuit senses a sensing current from the touch sensor, the first voltage is increased and the second voltage is decreased.

A touch sensing method for a touch panel and an electronic device are provided. The touch panel includes touch sensing units. The touch sensing method includes: in a first sensing period, applying touch excitation signals to a first group of the touch sensing units to obtain first touch sensing signals; applying touch reference signals to a second group of the touch sensing units to obtain a first reference sensing signal; in a second sensing period, applying the touch excitation signals to the second group of the touch sensing units to obtain second touch sensing signals; applying the touch reference signal to the first group of the touch sensing units to obtain a second reference sensing signal; and acquiring capacitance values of the touch sensing units according to the first touch sensing signals, the first reference sensing signal, the second touch sensing signals, and the second reference sensing signal.

Touch sensing method and electronic device

A touch sensing method, apparatus for a touch panel, and electronic device are provided. The method includes: determining a first number of to-sense touch sensing circuits, and determining a second number of reference touch sensing circuits, each to-sense touch sensing circuit having a corresponding reference touch sensing circuit; causing each to-sense touch sensing circuit to receive a touch excitation signal TX, and apply TXto a corresponding touch sensitive cell and receive a touch sensing signal therefrom, and output a first output signal; causing each reference touch sensing circuit to receive a touch reference signal DC/TX, and apply DC/TXto a corresponding touch sensitive cell and receive a reference sensing signal therefrom, wherein DC/TXand TXare different signals; and obtaining, according to respective first and second output signals, a capacitance difference of capacitances sensed by each to-sense touch sensing circuit and its corresponding reference touch sensing circuit.

A touch sensing method for a touch panel includes following operations: entering a first touch sensing process and performing a non-water mode; determining whether there is water on the touch panel in the first touch sensing process; entering a second touch sensing process and performing a water mode when there is water detected on the touch panel in the first touch sensing process; determining whether there is water on the touch panel in the second touch sensing process; and entering the first touch sensing process and performing the non-water mode when there is no water detected on the touch panel in the second touch sensing process.

Touch sensing method with noise reduction

A touch display device and an operation method thereof are provided. The touch display device includes a touch display panel, a power management circuit, a display driving circuit, and a touch circuit. The display driving circuit drives the touch display panel to display an image, and notifies the power management circuit to perform a voltage adjustment of a common voltage supplied to the touch display panel in a voltage adjustment period. The touch circuit individually performs a touch sensing operation on multiple sensing lines of a touch sensing layer of the touch display panel, so as to generate multiple touch sensing data corresponding to the sensing lines. The touch circuit ignores the touch sensing data corresponding to the voltage adjustment period, or the touch circuit suspends performing the touch sensing operation on the sensing lines of the touch sensing layer during the voltage adjustment period.

An analog front-end circuit for a touch controller and an operating method thereof are provided. The analog front-end circuit includes an analog front-end, a first switch and a second switch. The analog front-end includes an input terminal and an output terminal. The first switch includes a first terminal and a second terminal. The first terminal of the first switch is coupled to the input terminal of the analog front-end, and the second terminal of the first switch is coupled to a panel routing. The second switch includes a first terminal and a second terminal. An OLED touch and display driver integration chip is provided, including: at least one group of display driving pads for providing display driving signals to the OLED touch display panel; at least one group of touch pads for providing touch driving signals to touch electrodes on the OLED touch display panel, and alternately arranged in groups with the at least one group of display driving pads; at least one group of isolation pads, each group of isolation pads includes at least one isolation pad and is arranged between a group of display driving pads and a group of touch pads that are adjacent, an isolation pad is configured to apply a specific signal to isolate signal interference between adjacent groups of display driving pads and touch pads, or configured to apply a specific signal or be in a floating state, to reduce load of data lines or the touch electrodes.
