An optical water quality detection device with an examining property probe, which includes two stationary seats and a fencing frame. The fencing frame is detachably mounted in a detecting channel between the two stationary seats and has a guiding protrusion and two elongated orifices. The guiding protrusion protrudes from an inner side of an upper portion of the fencing frame and has a convex surface. The convex surface extends along a cycloidal path. The two elongated orifices are formed through the two side panels respectively and extend to the bottom panel. The cycloidal path on the convex surface in the fencing frame, with its structural design, assists in guiding the air bubbles stuck in the detecting channel to leave the detecting channel without vibrating the examining property probe. Since the air bubbles do not remain in the detecting channel, the spectral information is not affected.

A sanitary device for the urine glucose test includes a urine container formed on an inner wall of a main body, and a measuring module with an inner space mounted at a bottom of the urine container. Within the inner space, a lens attaches to the bottom of the urine container, a rail faces a bottom surface of the lens, and a driving module moves a light unit shooting a detection beam to a measuring surface of the lens along the rail. The measuring surface contacts urine in the urine container, and reflects the detection beam out of the bottom surface into a sensor. The sensor is electrically connected to a processor. The processor determines a urine glucose level and generates a urine glucose level data instantly from an angle of incidence of the detection beam on the measuring surface and from a beam intensity signal from the sensor.

The invention discloses a glycosuria measurement device, comprising a prism body and a housing. The prism body comprises a first accommodating space, a junction surface, a first light penetrating surface, a second light penetrating surface, a third light penetrating surface and a light-emitting surface. The first accommodating space accommodates urine. The junction surface is formed at a bottom surface of the first accommodating space. The first light penetrating surface is formed at the first lateral surface of the first accommodating space. The second light penetrating surface is formed at the second lateral surface of the first accommodating space. The third light penetrating surface is disposed opposite to the junction surface. The light-emitting surface is disposed opposite to the junction surface. The housing comprises a second accommodating space, a first light-emitting port and a second light-emitting port. The second accommodating space accommodates the prism body.

A prism for measuring liquid concentration includes: an accommodating space for accommodating a liquid; an interface formed on a bottom surface of the accommodating space; a first light transmission surface and a second light transmission surface respectively formed on two side surfaces of the accommodating space; a third light transmission surface and a light emitting surface respectively formed relative to the interface. When a first incident light beam enters the prism, the first incident light beam is reflected to the light emitting surface by the interface, and exits the prism from the light emitting surface. When a second incident light beam enters the prism to the first light transmission surface, the second incident light beam exits the prism to the accommodating space from the second incident light beam, passes through the liquid and the second light to the prism, and exits the prism from the third light transmission surface.

Prism for measuring liquid concentration

Various patterning methods involved with manufacturing semiconductor devices are disclosed herein. A method for fabricating a semiconductor structure (for example, interconnects) includes forming a patterned photoresist layer over a dielectric layer. An opening (hole) is formed in the patterned photoresist layer. In some embodiments, a surrounding wall of the patterned photoresist layer defines the opening, where the surrounding wall has a generally peanut-shaped cross section. The opening in the patterned photoresist layer can be used to form an opening in the dielectric layer, which can be filled with conductive material. In some embodiments, a chemical layer is formed over the patterned photoresist layer to form a pair of spaced apart holes defined by the chemical layer, and an etching process is performed on the dielectric layer using the chemical layer as an etching mask to form a pair of spaced apart holes through the dielectric layer.
