An aqueous lithium-ion battery and an electrode used therein are provided, wherein the electrode includes a current collector, a coating layer, and a composite layer. The coating layer is disposed on at least one surface of the current collector, and the coating layer contains an active material. The composite layer is disposed on a surface of the coating layer. The composite layer includes a first film and a second film, wherein the first film is between the second film and the surface of the coating layer, and the water contact angle of the first film is greater than the water contact angle of the second film.

Aqueous lithium-ion battery, electrode used therein, and electrode manufacturing method

A display device includes a display panel, an electromagnetic touch panel, and a backlight module overlapping one another. The backlight module has a light guide plate and a light source module consisting of a flexible circuit board strip. The flexible circuit board strip includes a light source section and a signal transmission section extending along a light entrance edge and a side edge adjacent to the light entrance edge of the light guide plate, respectively. Two ends of a connection section are connected to the light source section and the signal transmission section, respectively. The connection section includes at least one first fold making the light source disposing plane of the light source section and the wiring disposing plane of the signal transmission section be non-coplanar and also makes the wiring disposing plane be parallel to the plane of the side edge of the light guide plate.

Backlight module with low electromagnetic interference and display device using the same

A backlight module includes a tray, a light guide plate, a lighting device, and an optical film set. The tray includes a bottom plate and a side wall connecting an edge of the bottom plate. The side wall includes a plurality of wall portions connected to one another. Some of the wall portions are perpendicular to the bottom plate, and the others are parallel to the bottom plate. The light guide plate is disposed on the bottom plate. The lighting device is disposed at a light incident side of the light guide plate. The optical film set disposed on the light guide plate leans against the side wall.

Backlight module and liquid crystal display module

A focal position detecting apparatus, for detecting a focusing condition and a tilting condition of an object, includes a planar beam generating module, an optical system, an optical sensor and a cylindrical lens. The planar beam generating module generates a planar light beam along a first path. The optical system is disposed on the first path, wherein the planar light beam, reflected by the object, passes through the optical system along a second path. The optical sensor is disposed on the second path. The cylindrical lens is disposed on the second path between the optical system and the optical sensor and an axis of the cylindrical lens is perpendicular to the second path. The planar light beam passes through the optical system and the cylindrical lens along the second path, before it is incident on the optical sensor to form a linear light spot for determining defocusing degree.

Focal position detecting method

An electromagnetic transmission device. A guide bar connects to a fixed base and includes magnetic-permeable material and a first central height plane. A coil connects to the fixed base. A support base movably fits on the guide bar. An annular magnetic member connects to the support base and is surrounded by the coil. A magnetization direction of the annular magnetic member is perpendicular to a moving direction of the support base and annular magnetic member. The annular magnetic member includes a second central height plane. The coil interacts with the annular magnetic member to generate a first force. When moving to separate the second central height plane from the first central height plane, the annular magnetic member interacts with the guide bar to generate a second force, driving the support base and annular magnetic member to move along a direction perpendicular to the magnetization direction of the annular magnetic member.

Electromagnetic transmission device

A voice coil motor. At least one guide bar is connected to a fixed base. A coil is connected to the fixed base. A support base is movably fit on the guide bar. An annular magnetic member is connected to the support base and surrounded by the coil. A magnetization direction of the annular magnetic member parallels a moving direction of the support base and annular magnetic member. The annular magnetic member includes a first magnetic pole and a second magnetic pole. The first magnetic pole is disposed in the coil and separated from the bottom thereof. The second magnetic pole is disposed outside the coil. The coil interacts with the annular magnetic member to generate a first force, driving the support base and annular magnetic member to move along the magnetization direction of the annular magnetic member.

Voice coil motors and pre-compression generation devices thereof

A reflectance measuring apparatus is provided in the present invention. In addition to measuring the intensity of light directly reflected from a sample, the apparatus is further capable of collecting large-angle reflected light scattered from the sample through a reflecting cover disposed over the sample and measuring the intensity thereof. In one embodiment, the reflecting cover has a parabolic surface for modulating the large-angle reflected light to become parallel light projecting onto a photo-detector. In another embodiment, the reflecting cover has an elliptic surface for modulating the large-angle scattered light to focus on the photo-detector.

Reflectance measuring apparatus

A voice coil motor. A guide bar connects to a fixed base. A coil connects to the fixed base and includes a first winding portion and a second winding portion. A current direction in the first winding portion is opposite that in the second winding portion. A support base movably fits on the guide bar. A magnetic member connects to the support base and includes a first magnetic pole and a second magnetic pole. A magnetization direction of the magnetic member parallels a moving direction of the support base and magnetic member and is perpendicular to a central axis of the coil. The first and second magnetic poles respectively oppose the first and second winding portions of the coil. The first and second magnetic poles respectively interact with the first and second winding portions to generate a first force and a second force, moving the support base and magnetic member.

Voice coil motors

A fluid bearing module has a bearing seat, a bearing, a deflecting member, and an impediment. The bearing seat has a capacity with an opening. The bearing in the capacity has a hollow space for the axis of a rotor to go through, and a lubricant medium is filled in between. The deflecting member protruding from the side near the opening of the bearing seat bends toward the capacity and clips on the rotor axis. The impediment protrudes from the side near the opening of the bearing seat for preventing the deflecting member from bending toward the opening and departing from the rotor. Moreover, the deflecting member and the impediment form a maze to keep the lubricant medium within.

Fluid bearing module

A magnetic suspension bearing with damping system includes a stator having a stator magnetic unit mounted on the internal portion of the stator, and a rotor rotatably located at the stator. A rotor magnetic unit installed on the rotor corresponding to the stator magnetic. The rotor further has a yoke having a magnetic driving unit corresponding to the external portion of the stator. A magnetic damping device located has a magnetic unit and an elastic unit, wherein the magnetic unit corresponding to the magnetic driving unit generates magnetic force between them, and the elastic unit coupled below the magnetic unit uses to reduce the vibration of the magnetic unit for maintaining the rotation of the rotor smooth and steady.

Magnetic suspension bearing with damping system

A spindle motor inclination angle adjusting mechanism for an optical disk device includes two adjusting mechanisms to provide two rotational freedom for the base dock of the spindle motor to adjust the inclination angle of the spindle motor. The first adjusting mechanism has three support points that are not on the same straight line to support the base dock. Two of the support points are fixed and the third support point is movable relative to the other two support points to change the inclination angle of the base dock of the spindle motor. The second adjusting mechanism is a rotary element for carrying the first adjusting mechanism and driving the first adjusting mechanism to rotate and change the direction of the inclination angle of the base dock to adjust the spindle motor inclination angle.

Spindle motor inclination angle adjusting mechanism for optical disk devices

This invention relates generally to an apparatus and a method for securing electronic components, such as semiconductors and LCD devices in a mechanical assembly through an interconnection formed by a tongue-and-groove securing structure. A first element comprises a holder with electronic components mounted thereon that couples into a second element comprising a bisected frame section having two opposing grooves. The invention also embodies a method of assembly which mounts an electronic device on an insertion means, having a lower tongue and an upper tongue into a grooved frame such that sliding the lower tongue into the groove frame on the lower side situates the tongue and subsequent sliding of the tongue in the direction of the groove frame on the upper side, causes the groove to receive the upper tongue, thereby locking the tongue into the assembly.

Inset mechanism for electronic assemblies

A method and apparatus for making multiple layer optical discs is applied to separate the base plate from the mold plate. The apparatus includes a first adhesive ending groove, a mold plate, a sealing member and an air-blowing axle. The adhesive does not cover the area around the first and second openings and the first and second adhesive ending grooves, so an enclosed cavity is formed between the first and second openings. The air-blowing axle passes through the second opening and encloses the cavity but leaves injestion ports in the cavity so that air can be injected into the cavity for separating the base plate and the mold plate while the second recording layer and the adhesive layer adhere to the base plate.

Apparatus for making multi-layer optical discs

A composite fluid dynamic bearing and its manufacturing method is disclosed. By machining a plurality of bearings independently, the grooves of each bearing have uniform slopes. Then the method of the invention combines the bearings, which have different slope of the grooves, to form a bearing module having pressure-generating grooves. In this way the precision of the machining grooves of bearings can be improved.

Composite fluid dynamic bearing and its manufacturing method

An optical head driving mechanism is applied to an optical disc driver that has a base plate, a pair of guide rods and an optical module movably mounted on the guide rods. The driving mechanism includes a base, a movable member, a piezo-actuator and at least a resilient member. The piezo-actuator and the movable member generate proceeding waves at the rim of the piezo-actuator and move the optical module along the guide rods when the piezo-actuator activates.
