The present invention provides an active and passive exercise training equipment comprising a swinging device, a supporting device, and a front supporting device. The swinging device comprises a seat cushion with moving function for a user to sit. The supporting device comprises a telescopic rack and a top rack for the user to grip. The top rack is set on the telescopic rack for being located at different heights. The front supporting device comprises a front telescopic rack and a front grip for the user to bend forward to grip. The grip is set on the front telescopic rack for being located at different horizontal distances and vertical heights. The height and the distance can be adjusted according to the stature or requirement of the user so that the user can train his muscular strength efficiently and also make his body to achieve a relaxed state.

An avatar-based charting method for assisted diagnosis to improve the efficiency of medical practice. Through an anthropomorphic symptom record interface, the first page is the Genetic-Psycho-Social-Bio (GPSB) which assists in understanding the genetic, psychological, social-environmental, and biological characteristics of patients. A Subjective-Objective-Assessment-Plan (SOAP) diagnosis page aids in doctor diagnosis. A decision support diagnostic summary interface automatically generates the diagnosis summary and notifies of any unusual circumstances. A method and mobile device for awareness of language ability are provided. 'Repeated pattern index'-related properties, such as, a vocabulary usage amount, a vocabulary type, or a ratio, a time point, a time length or repeated contents of a repeated voice segment, and 'community interaction index'-related properties, such as, a number of persons who speak with a user, a conversation time length, or whether the user talks alone during each time interval, are extracted according to voice data collected by a voice collection element worn on the user. Then, a language ability of the user is further calculated, so as to provide evaluation of the language ability of a dementia patient for reference.

Disclosed are an alarm method and system based on voice events, and a building method on behavior trajectory thereof. The system comprises a signal sensor, a voice-event detector and notice and alarm element. In the method, voice signals are captured from a remote unit in an environment. The captured voice signals are classified into at least a voice event. As such, an emergent-event notice is automatically transmitted out if one of predefined emergent events is detected. In the building method on behavior trajectory, messages on voice events are continuously recorded. When the number of the recorded voice events reaches a threshold, a behavior trajectory is constructed, in which a behavior consists of two or more voice events or a single voice event.
