Systems and method are provided for automating design of an integrated circuit. In an embodiment, an integrated circuit design file is received that specifies logic elements. A plurality logic elements are identified that share a common input signal. A determination is made that the each of plurality of logic elements include a series of transistors. Upon said determining, the integrated circuit design is modified by identifying first and second transistors for a first of the logic elements, identifying first and second transistors for a second of the logic elements, deleting the second transistor of the second logic element, and routing an output of the first transistor of the second logic element to an input of the second transistor of the first logic element. The modified integrated circuit design is stored in a non-transitory computer-readable medium.

Systems and methods for gate array with partial common inputs

An LED package structure without pre-stored power sources includes a substrate unit and a LED chip. The substrate unit includes a carrier substrate, a positive conductive pin, and a negative conductive pin. The positive conductive pin is made of a first predetermined material with positive oxidation-reduction potential. The negative conductive pin is made of a second predetermined material with negative oxidation-reduction potential. The LED chip is disposed on the carrier substrate and electrically connected between the positive conductive pin and the negative conductive pin. Both the positive conductive pin and the negative conductive pin concurrently contact a predetermined liquid for generating oxidation-reduction reaction so as to generate electric powers with a predetermined driving voltage, and the LED chip is driven by the electric powers with the predetermined driving voltage for generating an indicator light source. The instant disclosure further provides a portable light-emitting device without pre-stored power sources.

A small-caliber, high-performance broadband radiator allows two unit arms of the first and second group of dipoles to be folded inwards, an included angle of 40&#xb0;-50&#xb0; is formed between two unit arms of the first/second groups of dipoles and the first/second unit racks, and the unit arms of the first and second groups of dipoles are arranged linearly at interval while flexural loading sections are provided and also connected by dielectric medium. Hence, the broadband radiator allows significant reduction of the aperture of the broadband radiator, and there is a larger adjustment space for the gap of the radiator array, so the interference of low and high bands is less. This allows for improved performance, thus reducing the configuration size and manufacturing cost of antennas, and creating better industrial benefits with improved applicability.

Small-caliber, high-performance broadband radiator

A method for alignment to an alignment mark array within a patterned electronic material layer, formed on a substrate employed in a microelectronics fabrication, with improved registration accuracy of a subsequent step-and-repeat photomask pattern. There is first provided a substrate upon which is formed a patterned microelectronics layer containing an alignment mark array. There is then formed over the substrate and patterned layer, covering over the alignment marks, a subsequent layer or layers which may be of opaque material. In order to align properly a patterned photomask for patterning the overlying layer by means of conventional photolithography, the alignment mark array is located by first scanning with a laser light source contained within a step-and-repeat apparatus containing the patterned photomask and detecting the optical radiation signal scattered from the alignment mark array. The accuracy of location may be enhanced by rotating the orientation of the alignment mark array with respect to the direction of scanning with the laser light source by 90 degrees to render the subsequent orientation orthogonal to the first orientation, and then repeating the scanning operation. The altered nature of the back-scattered light signal from the orthogonal scanning direction provides additional information for improving the precision of location and alignment.
