A console box includes a box main body, a lid, a lock mechanism, and at least one push-up mechanism. The push-up mechanism includes at least one recess that opens in a side surface of the lid, a striker, and an urging member that urges the striker in an urged pivoting direction. The striker includes a first push-up portion and a second push-up portion. The second push-up portion is located on a trailing side of the first push-up portion in the urged pivoting direction, is separated downward from a lower surface of the lid in the closed state, and is brought into contact with the lower surface to apply a push-up force to the lower surface after a push-up action by the first push-up portion.

Console box

A console box includes a box main body having an upper opening, and a lid that opens and closes the upper opening. The lid includes a lid main body, a pivot, and an operation portion. The pivot is provided at one side in a width direction of the lid main body and couples the lid main body to the box main body. The operation portion is provided to correspond to the pivot, and decouples the pivot and the box main body from each other when operated. The lid is configured to be pivotal about the pivot and to be detached from the box main body when the operation portion is operated.

Provided is an on-vehicle storage devicethat includes: a storage boxincluding a box bodyhaving a storage spaceand having an upward-facing opening, and a box peripheral portiondisposed at a peripheral edge of the opening; and a design paneldisposed on an upper side of the storage boxand having a window portionfacing the opening, and a design window frame portionthat is disposed at a peripheral edge of the window portionand that faces the box peripheral portion. The design window frame portionand the box peripheral portionare slidable relative to each other in a first direction intersecting an up-down direction while engaging with each other. The storage boxand the design panelare combined with each other by sliding in the first direction.

On-vehicle storage device

A gap is maintained between: an outer surface of a shaft which is inserted in and removed from a hole of a box body and serves as a rotation shaft; and a hole wall, while axial misalignment of the shaft in the hole is inhibited. In a double opening storage device, a lid has two shafts that extend so as to advance and retract along two rotation shafts. Each shaft has a cut portion which is obtained by a part of a circumferential portion of a leading end portion being cut out and disposed in a lower portion at lid closed position. The box body has two holes, formed in a side wall, corresponding to the two shafts of the lid, and has a projection that projects upward from a lower surface of the hole wall of each hole, and that moves the shaft upward when the lid is opened.

Double opening storage device

A lid mechanism includes: a box main body; a lid; a locking element that includes a rod and a rod biasing member; and a flap element that includes a flap main body and a flap biasing member and a box contact portion which is configured to come into contact with the box main body, wherein: when the state of the lid changes from the closed state to the opened state, the pressing inclined surface provided in the rod contact portion of the flap main body presses the pressure receiving inclined surface provided in the rod; and when the state of the lid changes from the opened state to the closed state, the box contact portion of the flap main body comes into contact with the box main body such that the pressing of the pressing inclined surface to the pressure receiving inclined surface is released.

A method for molding a foamed resin molded articleincluding a mounting sectionand a non-mounting section, using a moldincluding a first moldhaving a non-mounting-section mold portionand a mounting-section mold portion, a second mold, and a cavityhaving a non-mounting-section cavity portionfor molding the non-mounting sectionand a mounting-section cavity portionfor molding the mounting section. The method includes: a filling step of filling a material to be molded into at least the mounting-section cavity portion; and a core-back step of moving at least one of the non-mounting-section mold portion, the mounting-section mold portion, and the second moldso that a cavity width of the non-mounting-section cavity portionis increased while a cavity width of the mounting-section cavity portionis constant, the filling step and the core-back step being sequentially performed.

Method for molding foamed resin molded article, mold, and foamed resin molded article

A double opening storage device includes two opening and closing mechanisms that open and close a lid leftward and rightward relative to a box body. Each opening and closing mechanism include: a shaft member disposed so as to be coaxial with a rotation shaft; a support member that supports the shaft member so as to rotate the shaft member; an urging member that generates urging force for rotating the shaft member relative to the support member in an opening direction; and a locking device that holds the lid in a closed state against the urging force, and cancels, by an opening operation, holding of the lid. The shaft member and the support member include opposing surfaces, respectively, which are spaced from each other in the lid closed state, and projections, respectively, which interfere with each other while the lid is shifting from the closed state to a predetermined opened state.

A garnish includes a garnish body which covers a folded air bag and a locking portion which is inserted to be locked in a mounting hole in a mounting base on a vehicle body. The locking portion holds the garnish body which is pressed by the air bag when the air bag is inflated to move so as to form a projecting space for the air bag. The locking portion includes a locking main body portion which is inserted to be locked in the mounting hole and a connecting piece portion. The connecting piece portion includes a locking base portion on which the locking main body portion is provided, connecting portions which are connected to a rear surface of the garnish body, and deformable portions lying between the locking base portion and the connecting portions and is molded integrally with the garnish body. The deformable portions deform to extend a distance between the locking base portion and the connecting portion when the garnish body moves towards a vehicle interior side.
